Today I went at my lunch break from work, to get a storage and I was helped by Carrie from the Mesa property, she was very kind and knowledgeable, I wanted to see the unit first and she took me to it. I just have totes that I want out my garage, I am very happy with her service. And I got back to work on time. Thank you Carrie

I underestimated my size needs and within 5 minutes the facility manager, David, helped me to increase to a 10x20. He was very helpful and professional! The facility is well kept and cleaned too.

Safety is great, downside I used the app for the code for the elevator and it wasn’t as easy as I thought. I did get the hang of it. So it’s not too hard. I learned that there isn’t always someone on site. If you want that in your facility, this is not the location for you. I did talk to the staff, super nice and helpful!

I recently used this storage facility and had a great experience. The place is extremely clean, well-maintained, and very organized. I felt confident leaving my belongings here, knowing everything was safe and in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the access process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and spotless storage!
