AMLI Lex on Orange is a gem in Glendale. There’s a pool, cabanas and multiple entertainment lounges that transport you to somewhere else. My leasing agent Chantelle was very thorough and nice during my tour. And they continue to deliver great customer service even after moving in. Shout out to Chantelle and Rizzo. For example: maintenance comes within hours of your request and the AMLI team is very responsive.

My partner and I sold our home several years ago and were initially hesitant about moving into an apartment complex. Fast forward six years, and we love it here so much that we never left! The building manager, Mollee, is absolutely wonderful—always accommodating and attentive—along with Rizzo and Channelle, who consistently go above and beyond. The maintenance team is quick to respond, and Pablo recently did an incredible job repainting my unit (a perk of being a long-time resident). The building amenities are also outstanding—truly top-notch in every way. What makes AMLI stand out is that it doesn’t feel like a faceless corporate entity. They’re environmentally conscious and genuinely committed to the community, supporting local causes with food drives and other efforts. The Lex on Orange feels like living with family—only without the drama!

Just wanted to share that my girlfriend and I love living here and have had nothing but a great experience working with the Office Staff and Maintenance Crew! Since we moved in and have begun living here you have ensured that all of our needs have been met from our back and forth choices with floor plans, to ensuring that we were able to move-in a bit sooner then originally planned, on top of that the Maintenance crew has truly been awesome to work with! They respond to our requests in a timely manner and once they are there, they are always willing to answer any questions that we have had. Another area to mention is just how family friendly the staff is in making the complex so welcoming and accessible to all of LEX’s amenities! Like I’ve told my girlfriend since moving here, you cannot say "AMLI" without saying "Family"! Thank you all again and look forward to many more years here! Also, Big shout out to Mollee, Chanel and Luis for being apart of our move-in journey and allowing us to call AMLI Lex on Orange home!

I have lived at AMLI Lex on Orange for a total of nine years now and can say that my staying here is 100% all to thank for the staff and the wonderful building manager, Mollee! Through the years I have had multiple situations which involved my having special needs / circumstances, and every single time I have been made to feel so very safe in my home, taken care of, and even regularly checked on which truly means the world to me. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Rizzo and Chanelle are SO lovely as well, and have always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I ever need. I’ve lived in Los Angeles seventeen years and am so blessed to have found what will be my forever home until the day I buy a house. If you are looking for a new home this is a great, friendly, safe and happy property! Thank you so much to the AMLI Lex on Orange team. You are my heroes. ^_^

We LOVE living here! The amenities are very clean thank you to the cleaning team especially Marta! The front desk team is so helpful and kind. Maintenance is always quick and ready to help but the apartments are made so well that we don’t need maintenance very often. We love the AMLI family!

After everything I’ve dealt with, I feel obligated to update my review of this apartment complex. First, terminating my lease due to military orders was far more difficult than it should have been. Despite providing proper documentation, I had to repeatedly email management and remind them of the legal protections in place for active duty and reservists. initially an automatic termination fee was added to my resident portal and that explained by the leasing agent. But I’m not sure my it was not followed up with knowing I had orders. I requested that it be removed the next day, and while it was eventually corrected, the entire process was unnecessarily frustrating something no military member should have to deal with. At that point, I was told I would only owe $290 for remaining utilities. But when I checked my portal to see how much of my deposit would be refunded, I saw that I was only getting back $70. Another termination fee had been re-added $411. When I called to ask why, I was told the accounting department doesn’t communicate with the leasing agents, and the issue would need to be sent to their accountant for correction. Fortunately, the representative I spoke with was able to locate the email thread and verify my military orders. However not sure how this was missed. For future residents especially those in the militarybe aware that communication within this office is extremely poor. Even when you follow every step and provide official documentation, you may still be charged incorrectly and have to chase down the corrections yourself. Also, don’t expect to receive your full deposit back. My deposit was $1000 I got back less than half of that. Regardless of how clean or undamaged your unit is, they will deduct for painting and patching. While this is outlined in the lease, it's still disappointing. When they do the inspection, they even tell you there’s no point of you getting someone to clean your apartment because regardless if it’s not to their standards, they’re still gonna charge you. I’ve attached photos that they took to show the apartment was in great condition and thoroughly cleaned, yet I was still charged. On top of that, the remaining utilities were deducted from the deposit as well, which drastically reduced the refund amount. As you can tell June 1st I already paid water and sewage along with the prepared amount for the rest of the month. I was charge two more times each for water, sewage and trash. Also noise complaints are valid. Everyone smokes in these apartments weed and cigarettes. Constantly a smell especially by pool area. If you have a dog and your going rent here because there is a dog park area for them , just know that pets are allowed to be off leash in this area and there are some people who don’t know how to recall their pets who have aggressive pets and you have to wait until they leave for your pet to use the bathroom because if you tell them to put the leash on them, you’re gonna have an issue. Which is exactly what happened to me and I was unable to use as amenity that I pay for. I made a complaint once and they said that they were going to distribute an email out. I never saw the email. It’s closed at 10 so after 10 you’re going to have to go outside of the apartments for your pets to go to the restroom. The pool restrooms and the weeks are out of toilet and dirty sometimes. The gym is really small too.

My girlfriend and I moved into the complex a few months ago. This was our first apartment together. We were helped by mainly Chanelle. On move in day Rizzo explained the move in process which was helpful. But Chanelle has been our main point of contact. She ensures to always assist and communicate fully since we moved in. She also helped whenever we received mail for the previous tenant and she made the customer service gesture to ensure that they got it. She really goes above and beyond to help us with any issues in the community too. We are very happy to be living here 🙂
