The pharmacist and the woman who gave me the shots were both extremely helpful. The woman who gave me the shots couldn't have been better. I'm not a big fan of needles, but she made it painless.

This was an amazing experience with your team members today 🙂 we have received excellent information which we needed and found everything and even more. People like that lady at the register make this world better!

Horrible drive through experience at 125 N Central Glendale CVS. The car ahead of me had been chatting with the rep ( this new young lady) for almost 5-10 minutes meanwhile I was thinking she ( the driver) was waiting to pick up her medication. When I questioned the driver if she had picked up her medication she said not yet and after about a minute she drove off , stupid me thinking she was being honest with me I even apologized to her ( no medication was picked up, she had lied to me basically). It’s now my turn and I told the rep did you see she lied she didn’t pick up any medication she was just talking here, the rep got defensive right away pretending she provided consultation, when I stood my ground she changed her word saying they were talking about a loss in family etc, I said you can talk about all that after business hours, she got more defensive and even questioned me if I was new there as if it’s justifiable for her if a customer is new and she can behave this unprofessionally. Next her supervisor shows up telling me I don’t appreciate you talking to my employee like that I have trained her, well Mrs Supervisor, you missed out on professionalism curriculum, you perhaps forgot to tell your employee when there are cars in drive through she should not waste people’s time to socialize with customers over personal family matters TOTALLY neglecting cars behind , she can always do that after business hours not wasting people’s time. I was hoping the pharmacy supervisor would know better but unfortunately she didn’t listen to what happened and unprofessionally defended her employee, I even told both of them if you guys don’t believe me check your cameras which record everything and please see for yourselves if I’m lying or not. If anyone is reading this message please make sure this store will have professional supervisor/employees in their pharmacy, I constantly hear from friends about similar experiences at 125 N Central Ave CVS.

Completely horrible experience with(I'm assuming) manager of the store. She was very aggressive telling me to speak up multiple times, told me she was locking up in 3 minutes when the store didn't close for another 13. I'm glad I didn't spend money here this last time. The customer service is horrible at this location, the workers are so slow gossiping amongst one another. It's no wonder why this store has such low rating

This CVS in the Target store in Glendale Galleria has the nicest staff I've ever encountered. They are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Plus, there's plenty of free parking!
