Ed & Ed Brothers goes above and beyond. They do excellent work. They explain everything, are available, responsive and patient. We love our new system. We got a ducted mini split/ heat pump. They gave us a good price and they are transparent about all costs. They were highly recommended by a friend and I understand why. We are repeat customers and cannot say enough good things about this kind hearted and really great company. I was referred initially by a family member who had their HVAC system installed by them and then had them install ours. We were in an older home that had a floor heater and window air conditioners. Our comfort level went up and our utility bills went down. Now due to damage from the wildfires this year we had to have our HVAC repaired and vents replaced. Insurance company was kind enough to suggest a company they had who could do the job but I only wanted Ed and Ed Brothers to work on our home. I reached out and with compassion and concern for communication about every detail regarding the repairs, they so quickly got us on schedule and went above and beyond where they did not have to for some extra support and just once again I am beyond thankful I was referred to them 7 years ago and back now. I have referred them to someone else who was also extremely pleased with their new system and loved Ed and Ed’s team as well! As a token of my appreciation, I wanted to leave another positive review for this team. My AC wasn’t cooling properly, and my tenant (a technician by trade) even suggested that the entire unit might need replacing after his inspection. Thankfully, I called these guys over, and they quickly diagnosed the issue—it turned out to be just a simple thermostat replacement. Problem solved! I’ve been a long-time customer, and once again, they’ve proven why. Reliable, honest, and efficient service.

I didn’t understand how Ed & Ed could have so many perfect reviews — now that we’ve worked with them, I do! Flawless, clear, and fast communication and service… Great rates… Awesome employees… Quick scheduling and installation… No questions asked quick adjustments as needed. We’ve been doing projects on our house for the past two years and no company has impressed us as much as Ed & Ed. My husband and I even joked that they must be running the best small business in LA! Excellent and highly recommended! I rarely provide reviews but I was so impressed with Ed & Ed that I decided to write one. I selected this company since they are a Mitsubishi Diamond Elite company. Service was excellent; crew was courteous and efficient. I was especially impressed when they devised an approach whereby the duct covers did not run across the front of the house. In addition, I could communicate with people from the company easily. FYI - not all Mitsubishi Diamond Elite companies are equal. One told me that Mitsubishi heat pumps are not available and provided a quote for Daikin. Another placed me on hold forever with an automated attendant and could never get through.
