Glendale Water & Power pay a bill

My power is off and I am on disability. They don't care the reason why I been struggling to pay the bill. I don't understand how heartless these people are. I also have an emotional support dog and thick fur. He is a husky and don't do well in this hot apartment. I had to shave his fur. I am also in severe pain because heat cripples me. It's because my sweat glands are bad. And causes a lot of inflammation. It's been 5 days already and it's getting harder each day. I tripped and fell the other night because I can't go out and by candles or flash light. Now my left knee is injured and they don't care. I have also night blindness. I have called a lot of places to get help for my bill. Theses people don't believe me and all they want is money. They don't care if my dog is also suffering. I have now a lot of scammers call or texting. Because I called and emailed a lot of places. No help for me. Plus my food went bad and I have no money to replace my food. So, I haven't been eating. I have never thought people could be so heartless. Well Glendale Water and Power are. Don't believe how they help people not to have no power. They just want money so they tell you who to call for help. Well there help denied me.

Another public utility government provided trash company. Their automated system sucks even when you put in the correct account number it says it’s incorrect. Their website portal is changed so now the automatic payment is no longer in effect and the website doesn’t work either. They are absolute garbage.

My electricity bill has sky rocketed for two months jumped to $750, no idea how this can happen when my old bills were 450$ for two months habits didn't change you switch didn't change watch out

I need to stop/cancel my service, the company not answering phone calls. There is not an option to stop/cancel the service from the portal. Useless.

The stupid AI on the voicemail doesn't work. I tried multiple times with the correct account number & everything & unfortunately it has a mind of it's own cause it would add numbers I didn't put in. Someone needs to fix the stupid voicemail.

We discovered our 90 year old father’s GWP power meter was out only because the bill seemed high. It turns out the meter was not working for several years. And GWP just estimates an amount!! How could they not replace a broken meter when they knew it was dead. And now they claim that a functioning meter will take 4 months before one is available! What a joke! If this was a real business , there wouldn’t have any customers.

Typical city establishment. Customer service is 0. No one has knowledge of anything. Got hung up on twice. If this was a private company, it would have been out of business long ago.
