Not a good experience my fault for ordering online in another state. My new future laptop will be local and never with them again for any reason. I got the slowest computer on the market my pet turtle moves faster. The only way they would correct this is if I pay to ship it back. Complete waste of time and money.

Amazing customer service and follow up. The quality of work is great and the gentleman was very honest with his pricing. He repaired my MacBook Pro which had a damaged screen. He fixed it within 3-5 days and that’s because he had to order the part. I would definitely come back to this establishment and recommend it to everyone.
