I had an incredible experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts that exceeded my expectations. Initially, I only intended to replace my windshield wipers, but ended up upgrading my vehicle's lights thanks to Gilbert, who provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. Gilbert greeted me warmly and promptly offered to help install my wipers. During the installation, I inquired about improving my headlights, and Gilbert was proactive in researching better options for my vehicle. Although the store was temporarily out of stock, Gilbert efficiently arranged for a new set to be delivered within a few hours. He even removed my old headlights in advance to save time during the installation. Gilbert patiently explained the warranty options and differences between the available headlights, ensuring I was well-informed before making a decision. His level of dedication and assistance made my visit hassle-free and truly standout in the automotive industry. I highly recommend visiting this O'Reilly Auto Parts location and seeking out Gilbert for exceptional service. He is a true professional and made my experience a memorable one.

I came in to replace a burnt out headlight, and a gentleman named Carlos went above and beyond to help me. My car needs a couple pieces removed in order to reach the headlight lamps and, while he informed me that due to the design of my particular model the staff were unable to personally install my new lights, he offered to let me use a ratchet to remove the needed screws myself. Because of the odd size, Carlos ended up looking several times to help me find a matching socket, in between making sure other customers were helped. The store was not busy at the time, so he really went out of his way to find the right tool I needed to install the lights myself. He didn’t have to do all that, and I’m impressed and thankful he did. After i successfully installed my lights and returned the ratchet to him, Carlos also helped me find an interior cleaner I was looking for. Incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional service. I will be coming back to this location!

Staff service is phenomenal. He went out of his way to find alternatives to help solve my problem. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice customer service!, I was able to find the three things that I was looking for. The Store is in a good location and has its own parking.

Went in to get coolant for my car. Had no idea what to buy or what I was even doing. An employee there helped me immediately, walked out to my car to check the coolant levels, took me to the coolant shelf, helped me pick coolant out, rang me up quickly and I went back out to start filling up the coolant tank in my car. He then came BACK out of the store when he saw me having trouble filling the coolant and brought a funnel and helped me pour it in. Great service, super helpful, above and beyond. There's always the fear that you'll go in to an auto shop and they'll treat you like an idiot or swindle you or just not be helpful. This restored some of my faith in great employees that just really want to help you get what you need done.
