Customer Reviews
Samsung Experience Store The Americana at Brand has a rating of 3.9 out of 5 based on over 2052 reviews on Google
I have a new Galaxy S25 that stopped fast charging just two months after purchase. After multiple calls with Samsung and Verizon, both suggested I bring the phone in for service. A diagnostic was performed, and I was initially told that the issue wasn’t covered under warranty. However, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, Ben from the tech department came over. We went over the options, and he agreed to try cleaning the charging port to see if that would help — and it actually worked! All the staff were professional and helpful. If you make an appointment, they may be able to address your issue the same day. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they still accommodated me. Great service overall!
My experience with my Galaxy S25+ at the Samsung store was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the overall ambiance of the location is great. I really appreciated the opportunity to experience their other new devices while I was there. A very pleasant visit.
Great products and the store has an amazing interior design. As you can see in the video provided. The employees are of great assistance. There is customer support here so if you have any needs with your Samsung product feel confident in coming down to the official store.
I came into the Samsung store to get my phone fixed, and Hannah and Gregory went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. As someone who’s been an Apple user for years, this was my first Samsung repair experience, and they made it smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was being done, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely confident before I left. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude truly stood out I couldn’t have asked for better service!
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product Quality and Even Worse Customer Support I made the hour-long drive from Long Beach to the official Samsung store in Glendale in hopes of resolving an issue with my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which I purchased directly from Samsung’s website last October. By January, the audio and call quality had noticeably deteriorated. Callers couldn’t hear me at all when using the right earbud, and the left earbud was only marginally better—certainly not usable on its own. I arrived with my purchase receipt and order number, as requested. The staff took my earbuds to the back and returned less than 10 minutes later with a vague dismissal: they couldn't help me due to "damage" on the left earbud. At that point, I had to insist they at least test the functionality of the earbuds to understand the issue I came in for. Only then did a technician bother to call my phone and run a few vocal tests. The result confirmed my concern—the microphone in the right earbud was faulty. Yet, because of a cosmetic scratch on the left earbud, they refused to service or replace the right one—even though I’m still under warranty. The only solution they offered was for me to purchase a brand-new right earbud and then bring it back in to have the two synced together. When I questioned the logic, the staff member casually said, "That’s the way Apple does it too." I responded, "I can't stand Apple—Samsung should do better." I’m now on my sixth Samsung phone and my third pair of Galaxy Buds. Unfortunately, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are by far the worst-performing yet, and this experience has left me seriously questioning my continued loyalty to the brand. Between the poor product quality and the inflexible, dismissive support policy, I cannot in good conscience recommend Samsung’s products or their customer service to anyone.
Mixed Experience at Samsung Glendale – Be Cautious Some staff members at this location can be overly persuasive, to the point where it feels more like manipulation than helpful guidance. I felt pressured to consider electronics and accessories I didn’t need. I visited the Glendale Samsung store to purchase the Galaxy Buds3 FE. After a few days of use, I found the product didn’t meet my expectations: 1. The sound quality was underwhelming. 2.The triangular design of the speaker/microphone made it difficult to place the buds back into the case. 3. On the positive side, the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) was decent. I returned to the store on a Friday night around 8:30 PM to initiate a return. I approached a staff member, a balding hairline dude, and explained my intent. He asked for the receipt, the box, and a USB Type-C cable. I let him know that the box did not include a charger. However, both he and another incummptnt (Google would not let me say that) female staff member insisted—incorrectly, in my experience—that the product came with a cable. Because of this, I was charged a 15% restocking fee for not returning the USB Type-C cable that I never received. While this experience was frustrating, acknowledge that not all apples are bad apples, not all staff members are like this. Larry, a younger employee, was genuinely helpful and respectful—he didn’t push unnecessary products and made my experience pleasant. Great guy!
Updated review to an old situation. Recap. I paid 600 dollars for a repair on my phone. The other screen started glitching. They initially said that I will need to pay 150 on top of the 600... the update is They fixed it at no additional cost. I really appreciate it. But I wish it wasnt like pulling teeth... thank you for the repair and making my negative experience right
