did a couple amazon return and the lady helping me (A tall girl with glasses on) had me do 50% of the job by asking me to bag and put sticker on my returns. I used to work at a store where we accept Amazon returns but NEVER did we ask a customer to put sticker on their returns nor have them bag it for "faster process".

Today, September 17, 2025, I went to Staples, to the UPS department, to return items I had purchased from Amazon. I had carefully packed the items at home according to the Amazon return instructions. When I arrived, before even scanning my QR code, the employee at the counter spoke to me in a rude manner and told me I had to unpack my items. She handed me scissors and insisted that I open the boxes. This was very unpleasant, especially since I had put effort into packing them properly. After I unpacked everything, I showed her the QR code. Only then did she inform me that I had to go to a standalone UPS Store to complete my return. If she had scanned my QR code first, she would have seen right away whether or not my return could be processed there. Instead, I was forced to unnecessarily unpack items, and later I had to go back home, re-pack them again, and drive to another location. As a very busy person, I cannot afford to waste time like this. I respectfully ask management to review this situation and address the unprofessional behavior of this employee.

BEYOND ATROCIOUS!!!......VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!...... 5min trip ( EXAGGERATING) TOOK 30min ....... BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE "STORE MANAGER" (NAME: MELISSA) AND WAS COMPLETELY VOID OF ANY REASSURANCE or ANY ACCOUNTABILITY OF HER EMPLOYEES..... THIS LACK OF PROFESSIONAL COURTESY IS WHAT HAD THE LOCAL STAPLES CLOSE IT'S DOORS FOR GOOD........

How this place can be so bad?!?! They don’t want to do anything… just lazy, fluffy, rude and sad people! How this new generation can be like this? It’s really sad, never a smile, never a nice word, the first think that they are pronouncing is : I am strongly recommend you to go to CVs, Walgreens or another Staple!!! Jesus unbelievable!!!! Really they should get rid of this employees!!!! 0 stars, the best store is always that in Vermont close to Walgreens, they are the best ever!!! That is real customers care!!!

If you need a TSA appointment or to get passport photos, PLEASE go to the Staples in Glendale, CA. The person they ahve working there is kind, smart, fast, considerate and she made our visit to Staples a dream. I always go to this Staples for my purchases, but now I am going there for printing, shredding, photos. It is my one-stop business shopping place. AAA+++

The inflexible "bureaucracy" involved when you try to deal with an online order in the store is comical, if it weren't so painful for a man with serious knee problems. When ordered item did not arrive in the store when the website said it would, I could not actually pick up the same item that was in stock in the store! The idiocy!

Always enjoy courteous, friendly and helpful service (and good advice!) from the staff at the Glendale Staples! Reliable, close by and everything for my home office is available every time!
