I have visited this location in Glendale 3 times to test drive before I purchased my Telsa always excellent service. I recently visited this location over the weekend and was helped by Tony in the service department. Tony gave me top notch service and helped me with a small repair on my license plate holder. He was able to get me in quickly with no appointment and took care of my repair quickly. I’m a new Tesla owner and I will say I’m glad a made the choice to own. Tony thanks for taking care of my needs and keep giving that amazing service. I also want to give a shout out to Khalil on the sales floor. He was informative and just a great person to speak with about Tesla products. This Glendale location rocks thanks for the great service.
I rarely write reviews but I have to voice my appreciation for the service center and for a sales associate (soon to be service center technician) Joshua. First of all my service appointment… I arrived at this service center for an appointment that I had made. I never made it out of the car before I was approached by a service center employee whom directed me to pull into the service interior bay. I then was greeted by a rep and my vehicle underwent the inspection/adjustment repair. No wait …upon arrival the work began. It was finished in a very timely manner!!! This is what a service appointment should be. Now I also wanted to give a shout out to Joshua the sakes rep whom was so friendly and informative on a previous visit with this location. Very passionate, knowledgeable and informative!
Worst repair techs ever. I swear they are blind or porosity trying to bring you back into service. I had a faulty part in the dash replaced only for the techs to break multiple dash trim pieces in the process and not say anything. When I scheduled to have a home service tech look at the damage, he tried to blame me for somehow breaking it until he dug deeper and realized it was the service shop techs that broke it. I had to schedule yet another service because the home service tech thought that glove box was broken even though the repair quote was for the lower drivers dash trim. When I brought my car in to get the dash pieces fixed, I personally showed the guys what was broke and they had me wait an hour in the lobby while they said it would only take 30 minutes. When I got my car back, the broken pieces were not fixed nor even addressed but instead a different piece that was perfectly fine was somehow replaced instead and now that new piece was installed incorrectly and is broken as well. HOW ARE YOU LETTING THIS SLIP???!!! The dash piece is obviously bulging after you reinstall it and that looks ok to you??? GET YOUR EYES AND EARS CHECKED ASAP! Now I’m waiting another 2 weeks for an appointment that probably won’t even solve the problem, I can almost guarantee it. I’ll be back with an update after the 25th on what else was your shop broke on my car when they were supposed to be fixing it. Get it together. How and why am I wasting my time with your shops mess ups? Do better or hire new people because my car shouldn’t have with more new problems caused by your team every time I leave my car with you guys.
Traded my Benz for this. I’ll never go back. I’ve driven it over 10,000 miles now. It is the most comfortable car I’ve ever driven in my life. I would attribute that statement to the suspension, comfort of the driver seat, and the propulsion system. I can only imagine how ridiculous the performance version must be. The interior design is very basic, very clean and initially a little bit disappointing. Since adding the carbon fiber trim pieces and the center council quilted leather cushion cover it really picks up the interior styling well. I no longer want to look at all the dials and buttons that the other car makers have such as Lexus and Mercedes. The exterior styling is extraordinary. It gives off the aura of a Corvette or a Ferrari. The only downside is some idiot put too many doorhandles on the car. This vehicle in a coupe would be amazing. The car was beautiful before the wind splitter, rear spoiler, and carbon fiber racing stripes, but now it is too sexy for my shirt. The electric power plant is restrictive for long trips, but the advantage of never having to go to a gas station and the savings in fuel cost outweigh that inconvenience. I also own the standard range, basic car. Evaluating the cars, overall attributes, and appealing aesthetics I can only describe this vehicle as, by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned or driven in my life.
I have been owning a Tesla since 2017 and I loved it when there were just a few of us out there. Now that the car has become more popular, the service centers are not able to keep up with the demand. They never have loaners, appointments availability are unreal, and there's seems to always be something going on with the car. I had to drive for weeks with a loud random noise because they couldn't replicate the noise. Tesla should pause building cars and build service centers instead. When you get a loaner, 5 days later it’s filthy (look at the pics) P.S: BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!
Paint is trash I don’t think they add enough clear coat blend panel 800 grit and it burn through
Save yourself time, money, and frustration, I strongly recommend finding a reputable independent Tesla service technician instead of relying on Tesla service. I took my car in for a full inspection, specifically asking them to check the AC system and suspension. They told me everything was in great shape. Two weeks later, the AC catastrophically failed and I was charged nearly $4,400 to replace the entire system. After that repair, I noticed heavy vibration from the front. When I brought it back, Tesla admitted the brand-new AC compressor was defective and needed replacement under warranty—yet suddenly also claimed my suspension now needed $1,800 in repairs, despite saying it was fine just weeks earlier. The car was supposed to be ready in two days but wasn’t finished for almost a week due to delays. In the meantime, they left the car sitting with the hood and door open, draining the battery from 40% down to 15%. Overall, I’ve experienced inconsistent diagnoses, unnecessary costs, and poor care of my vehicle.
