No one came to make the cut I needed, went to the molding aisle and used the box saw there but it wasn't screwed down. The tape measure was broken so it was just a terrible setup

I had such a great experience at the Home Depot painting section thanks to Benjie! He went above and beyond to help me find the exact paint and supplies I needed. Not only did he know the products inside and out, but he also took the time to explain the differences between brands, finishes, and colors so I could make the best choice for my project. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism he didn’t rush me, answered every question thoroughly, and even gave me helpful tips for getting the best results when painting at home. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about customer service. If you’re heading to the paint department, ask for Benjie he’s knowledgeable, friendly, and truly makes the process easy and stress-free. Home Depot is lucky to have him!

Benji provided exceptional service in the paint department, demonstrating kindness, respect, and extensive knowledge. He effectively guided us through the various textures and explained their differences. If you require assistance, I highly recommend seeking his expertise. Furthermore, I believe Home Depot should formally acknowledge Benji's outstanding commitment to client support and assistance.

Danny in plumbing actually knows his stuff. Very helpful, very informative, very smart, actually spends time with the customer (with me) and explained to me everything. Didn’t leave me alone till my job with him was done. He knew all the answers to my questions and if he didn’t, he walked me over to another gentleman that worked in another department. Such a horrible experience. I was trying to return a generator to this store. The worker Alexandra (I don’t know is that your manager or who is she), started talking really rude. I haven’t had such a bad experience before. Home Depot as a respected store of furniture and other products should control their workers. She is saying that she refuses to refund money for return but in app I have 90 day policy to return. I called customer care and they said she CANNOT refuse a return if it is under 90 days policy. I am 8 month pregnant and I experienced such a bad experience with that person Alexandra. Will probably never go back to that store and will tell about this situation to everyone.

That guy in plumbing keeps that isle on point! As a handyman that covers so cal. From SD to LA...One of my favorite Home Depot locations. The plumbing dept here is always in order. Everytime i come in Danny is organizing it! The south bay stores can use a few Danny's. Thanks for you're hard work Danny!

I want to give a huge shout out to Mel and Lisette! Mel was so helpful in finding the right screws for my cabinet hardware (I had been taking 3 different trips to other stores to find the right ones with no success). He patiently helped me find the right screws so I didn’t have to waste another trip. Lisette, thank you for grabbing me a shopping cart— they saw me struggling to carry my dog, two gallons of paint, one quart of paint, and a box of screw. I should have grabbed one on the beginning, but I underestimated the weight of everything. I greatly appreciate their kindness and patience.
