Vigilant Towing & Impound

I recently used Vigilant Towing & Impound services for a second time. They towed my truck to Wilhelm Automotive on 10/30/25 and I had to have my truck towed back to the shop because my truck would not start again. Both experiences with Vigilant Towing were outstanding. The company answered my calls right away and both times had a truck in my driveway in Anthem within an hour. The truck was marked with the company’s logo, well equipped, clean and looked fairly new. The driver Mike arrived wearing a company logo shirt. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and handled my truck with the utmost care. He took the time to explain the towing process and made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before proceeding. It was a challenge both times getting my Silverado out of my garage. Mike had to put some wheeled lifts on the front end of my truck with very limited space to work, then carefully and successfully lifted from the back at the same time. I found their rates to be very reasonable. It's refreshing to find a company that offers quality service and affordability. It's also clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend Vigilant Towing to anyone in need of towing services. I am grateful for their exceptional service and for going above and beyond on both occasions!

I called Vigilant and within 20 minutes Alex had Nenos at my home to tow my car to the dealership! Absolutely fantastic and the friendliest tow service I've ever experienced! I highly recommend them!

Vigilant was quick to answer the phone and it was a human person which is important to me. Conversation was quick and asked if I would text, which I said yes, and is useful in order to use as my notes to refer back to if needed. Quickly set up my information on text and they confirmed they were going to go pick up my vehicle and they we're there very quickly and took my vehicle to the shop. Great prices! I have entered their information in my contact list in case I need to use them again.

Charles did a great job and after calling Allstate road service they were fast . They arrived 15 minutes after calling in and reporting the breakdown ( blow out) Great service

Super responsive, arrived quickly and on the schedule promised. Service was great, friendly, and safe. No complaints about the price. Remember, you don't want the cheapest tow, you want a safe....fair....and honest company. Were they cheap? I don't know, I didn't shop around, no regrets. Highly recommended.
