As usual, there's a decent variety of groceries, but when I was quietly waiting for service in the meat department, the butcher asked me if I pulled a number (ticket). I was confused, because I looked around and there's was only one other customer who was already being attended. I left, because apparently this guy was too busy to do his job and I didn't have the time for him to put his ego aside.

Such a bad customer experience I had. Came to pick up my app order and I went up to two people who were working at the pick up area and they refused to even listen to my question and didn't even acknowledge me. It felt like racism since I am a minority. Manager did not do anything to make me feel better either. This was my first time at Glandale and I'm never going back.

Feedback on Recent Experience at Glendale Whole Foods Market I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at the Glendale Whole Foods Market, as it has prompted me to reconsider my relationship with your brand. As a loyal customer of Whole Foods Market, I typically shop at various locations whenever I travel. I appreciate the quality of your products and the overall shopping experience. However, my visit to the Glendale store was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. While in the area, I stopped by the Glendale Whole Foods Market for some grocery shopping, as well as to enjoy my usual juice and a hot tea from your juice bar. Unfortunately, my interaction with the juice bar attendant was quite unpleasant. The young woman who assisted me, described as a brunette in her early twenties, exhibited extreme rudeness during the transaction. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for my order. I ordered a matcha tea, and instead of being charged for a simple hot tea, the attendant attempted to charge me for a matcha latte, even though I requested it without milk. This seemed inappropriate, as I was not ordering a latte but rather a plain matcha tea made with water. Additionally, there was an unexpected dollar charge for the matcha, which was instead of the typical charge for a large hot tea. In light of these issues, I asked to speak with the manager to clarify the pricing and express my concerns. Regrettably, the manager sided with the employee, explaining that matcha is indeed more costly than regular hot tea. While I understand that prices can vary based on ingredients, I have never encountered this issue at any other Whole Foods location, which made me feel taken advantage of. It is not merely about the dollar amount; it is the principle of fair treatment and honest pricing that greatly disturbed me during this experience. I ultimately requested a full refund for the drinks, as the interaction soured my mood, and I decided not to proceed with my order. I continued with my shopping out of habit but left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This experience has led me to question whether I should continue shopping at the Glendale Whole Foods Market and even consider canceling my Amazon Prime membership, which I primarily maintain for access to Whole Foods products.

The worst Whole Foods I’ve been to. -dirty counters. Dirty everything. Disorganized. Poorly organized counters. -Not stocked in the morning (see picture of an empty egg shelf at 7:30am! You should have fully stocked shelves first thing in the morning!). -very cramped -hard to find parking despite being in a suburban location -looks the worst. I don’t feel like I’m in a Whole foods market when I’m here.

The employees at amazon return counter and self-checkout just chitchat when there is a whole line of customers. The self-checkout employee ignores "someone's on the way" and is very reluctant to help. I was with my parents and the way she spoke to my parents was very frustrating, as if she were looking down on my parents because they didn't understand that they had to "block one of the barcodes on the Isigny butter" the first time they heard. She was very disrespectful. I would recommend visiting another location or shop if you have other choices.

Used to be a great place to enjoy a quick healthy sandwich, unfortunately not anymore. The workers at sandwich bars are not nice and kinda rude. They made feel not welcome. I will definitely will not come back here again. Such a disappointment.
