Anchor Marine

Had a great experience working with Shawn at Anchor Marine in purchasing my 31ft rinker express cruiser. From our initial discussions in March through final delivery here in West Michigan this week, Shawn was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and very responsive which doesn't always happen when working with boat brokers.

I recently purchased a 2 year old 28 foot boat from Anchor and had a stellar experience. No surprises, clear communication, smooth delivery, friendly and prompt service, and a fair price -- everything that a buyer could hope for in my dealings with these folks! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future. Thanks for the great transaction!

So this is not your normal reveal....... It was a bit of a disaster as the head of the service department was let go or retired or whatever happened and my boat was caught in the middle. However, I still giving them a five-star review because Kim and the rest of the service department and the managers went above and beyond to make things right and took every call, Answered every question calmed every nerve and made things right. As a business owner, I understand things go wrong but what makes a business a five-star business is when they admit things went wrong and they make it right. I can say nothing but good things from my perspective on how everything was handled and I would not hesitate to do business with them again!!! Kim and crew thank you!

Ended up having a less than pleasant experience with the service department due to a misunderstanding. Received a call from the general manager, Michelle, who promptly apologized and went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Have been a longtime customer of Anchor and was happy to see the action that upper management took to rectify the situation.

Great service, easy scheduling of repair appointments and friendly. They really seem to care about the customer.

Staff is very helpful . Helped us get a Lund boat petastool for a seat . To increase seats on boat. No pressure sales.

Excellent and pleasurable experience! I was looking for my first cabin cruising boat, and I found it at Anchor Marine! Admittedly, I did not want to break the bank to get started, and found a very, VERY nice USED, clean, and well maintained one here. Mike H. was my salesman, and I believe he treated us no differently than if we were purchasing a MUCH more expensive NEW boat! He really sealed the deal because he didn't pressure, he didn't oversell, and he made my entry into the world of boating way, WAY easier than buying a car! Thank you Mike! When I do upgrade, you have earned my future business because it was kept fun, and that's really what it's all about! There was a fair negotiation in price, Anchor Marine threw in some extras because of your/our suggestions, the boat was given an 80+ point inspection prior to signing of title, and I appreciate that!
