From the very beginning of the project, working with Kevin, then Jordan and his project team, and finally Nate and his installation crew, the entire experience has been outstanding. Kevin took the time to clearly explain all available options and patiently answered the many questions my wife and I had—especially since this was a capital expense for us. Jordan kept us well-informed throughout the process, ensuring everything stayed on track and that we felt confident every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Nate and the on-site team. They were professional, courteous, and responsive to any concerns we had, delivering a thoroughly impressive job. I especially want to recognize Kevin, Jordan, and Nate for their patience and professionalism throughout. Thank you all for a job exceptionally well done!

This was a master craft work by young men, well trained, courteous, very careful and determined to do the job well. Kudos to Nate, Ryan, Shawn, Dan, Ryan (2), Jude, Tyler and the back up crew at CIR. They were neat, orderly and thorough in their communications with us during their short time here in mostly rainy weather. I appreciate them. While we wait for inspection and power up after, I would recommend their work, their timeliness and their price. I imagine it will bring great returns for years to come and thank CIR and these pros! And the tattoo talk was funny!

I'm really happy with my experience with Solar by CIR from start to finish. Kevin the salesman provided a lot of useful information and answered several follow-up questions I had. The conversation was always very casual and never pushy or "sales-y". After I agreed to move forward, the office crew did a good job of keeping me updated on the status of my job. I was always aware of the timeline whether it had to do with inspections, permitting, or the actual install timeframe. The install was a two-day process and the crew did good work while explaining things to me along the way. The asked for my feedback about how and where I wanted the lines and electrical boxes to be placed, which I really appreciated. At the end of the job, I heard Nate checking with everybody that everything was cleaned up really well. I enjoy checking my app and seeing the power I'm generating. Thanks CIR for doing a great job!

Making the decision to install solar was a difficult one, the expense, buffalo weather, etc... I could not be happier with the professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by Solar by CIR. From the onset to completion, the employees were professional and paid attention to details. They answered every question, even taking the time out of the installation process to inform and educate me. They made dealing with the normal bumps of encountered with a 75+ year old house look easy. Special shout out to Kevin, Jordan, Jacob, Matt, Mark, Andrew, and really, everyone at Solar by CIR! Not only was this project carried out in a highly professional manner, the level of customer service (and hand holding) was top notch! Bravo Zulu (well done)!

Kevin, Jordan, and the whole Solar by CIR team did a great job with our install. Our permit was approved early and they moved us up a month in the schedule. The install days were cold and snowy. The crew still did a great job and finished in 2 days. Jordan handled all the paperwork, inspections and net meter install. We're very happy with our install.
