Kroger

The machine outside was not working for water, normally you can pay with your card. Only to find out that this Kroger charge for cash back 75 cents. Something all other places like aldi and Spanish store Walmart let you do for free once you are buying something. What is so special about Kroger? Waste of my time

This store is smaller than im used to, but its still convenient. Today, i had Jamia assist me with checkout, she was so nice and quick. Great customer service.

Pioneer pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX location does not look anything like the photo you show on your store website. My issue is that the bottom level of the cart is now gone. Apparently people were stealing. That was the area of the cart I placed large items and chemicals. Cases of water are very difficult for me to pick up to get into cart and then into car plus area for groceriesis very limited. Yesterday, I has there to buy groceries and i also needed to get bleach which as you should know, is POISON.I had to place it in the cart next to my food. That is totally unacceptable. Chemicals should NEVER be near food, mine or anyone else's. Seems to me it cost less money for stolen toilet paper than a lawsuit for poisoning faithful customers that shop at the local Kroger.

Food be expired , cup cakes be repackage and already expired with a new date put on there. Fruits and veggies old , just sitting up for sell, gnats flying all around them, the store stink , it’s dirty. I’m disgusted. DO BETTER. At this point yall may as well close down the store. It’s been like this for years.

This facility has incorrectly advertised hours. Turned away at 10:50PM when the website advertises 11:00PM as closing time. Poor business practice to not provide correct customer expectations.

Lashonda in customer service made my return so hard. I explained I had to go to another kroger cause they were out of butter. I just wanted a price diff. She made me see if the butter I wanted was there. Gilbert ,stocker,split the 2 pack and said tell her to give the special price since we are out and these are in a 2pac. Same thing, now she says ok and paused, she did it but why make me go through all that. I'm handicap and can barely walk.i had to wait in line again and she was nice to the man sweet talking her. She was nice after I said Gilbert said. Why so reluctant and push back at first. It's basically the same butter but packaged in two. Lordy! Thanks Gilbert

I came in about a week ago to do some light shopping and one of the items I wanted to get was expired by a year and others even more than a year. Nearly every single one of them on the shelf. I alerted management and informed that I left the expired items in the aisle floor. I came back today because I want that item, but there is still a shelf full of expired product.
