A scam. I asked for a one-time prepaid SIM card with unlimited data coverage for 55 USD. They sold me a SIM card, said it had unlimited data coverage, but they did not provide a detailed contract or receipt. After 450 MB of surfing, the internet service eclipsed, no signal. I returned to the store and asked for a refund. They said there was a no refund policy. At another Metro by T-Mobile store they looked up my plan and said it was the smallest data plan WITH a limitation and that for 10 extra USD they had signed me up for unlimited calls to Mexico - I never make any phone calls to Mexico. We will report this case to law enforcement authorities because it is fraud.
Appreciate the help you provided me when I went to the store glad my account is better and I can pay less reason why I love this store.
