The hubs and I were on the hunt for a trailer and a few other business tools. This was our first visit, and I'll say it was okay. The accessibility in this store is clear and noted. There are parking spaces at the front of the store. There's also a wheelchair ramp and a retractable tray at the register. The aisles are also fairly wide for wheelchairs. The product selection is varied. They do offer specific brands that can't be found at other retailers. The areas of the store are well defined so it's easy to find what you're looking for. I'll also add the prices are competitive. There wasn't much interaction with the staff. We did stop one young man to get some details but that was it. My husband left with a few accessories and I'm sure he'll be back for a generator. Overall, an okay experience.

I must first clarify that I do not post reviews very often unless something is profoundly good or bad. I went to this store, and was approached by the Milwaukee Tool representative explaining a deal on Milwaukee tools. After looking at the price tag, the deal was worth pursuing, the representative explained the deal, and I agreed to the sale. After shopping more, for 30 minutes or so, it was time to check out. As I went to the counter, the price rang up as $30 dollars more than what was on the price tag. I proceeded to show the young lady the price that was labeled on the tool, and it was torn off. In the midst of her explaining that the cost at checkout was correct, the Milwaukee representative walked up with the torn up price tag telling the employee that the price was wrong, and they did not update their prices. The manager of Northern Tool would not honor the price at all, considering that I was given a sales pitch, it was a very awkward situation. Needless to say, they were adamant on not honoring a price that was pushed upon me. I used to like Northern Tool, but to have a tool price purposely changed while you are shopping and hoping that you overlook it is unethical and dishonest. I own a small business, and always honor any cost or good that is agreed to the consumer upon initial agreement or my shortcomings upon promises of service. As a small business owner, I am very dissatisfied.

The WORST service experience EVER. I’ve never been here, and will NEVER return. This store should be closed. My best advice. Go in knowing exactly what you want. Do not ask for assistance or utilize their "technical services" (LOL). Let’s just say.. parts and service; when they show up for work they’re slow, not responsive, not helpful and those working the floor are just as bad!

This place is huge! They have a lot of tools and other equipment at great prices. It’s the supermarket for all who love to work with their hands. I bought some sea foam that was on sale for $6.00. Regular price is $11.00 everywhere else. I’ve heard of the place before and this was my first time visiting here. I was impressed and I will be back

Manager refuses to call me to get a price adjustment. Earlier I talked to the manager about my order that is over 6 months old , she said to call corporate. Called corporate the next weekend, they had to call three times, because holding on the phone for over 5 minutes per call, to find out it was at the store.He wouldn’t give the receipt date, so I went to the store and told the assistant manager to have the manager call me with answers. No call in 6 months. This is on an item that was supposed to be shipped. Since the Pandemic Northern has no Customer Service!

I shop at northern tool at least 3-4 times a month. Today was my first time where I was a little disappointed since they have no metal drill bits bigger than 1/2" dia.
