I came in here to replace my key fob and Jeannie was so helpful she looked up the video to do it and she did it with perfection. So once you in the area ask for Jeannie she will help you out.
I recently bought a tire sensor monitor for my pickup the employee got it right and gave me the chance to see it and making sure its good. But when I took it to the tire shop and ask them to replace my older one for the new one from O'Reilly it work great, but 10 minutes later after leaving the tire shop the sensor is already burn out. I didn't know who to blame the tire shop who fix my sensor or the store of oreily that sold me a defect tire sensor part.
Stop by O’Reilly today to get a new headlight that car dealership was wanting to charge me $80+ and Jenny was able to find the light and installed it. She even helped me check the car battery since was giving me issues and got a new one. Overall, it was great customer service and outstanding employees. Thanks again for your help!
I walked in. One very talkative customer ahead. Long wait. I got to the counter, told the employee needed a new battery ( since I got a battery jump just to get to the store) she said she could sell me a battery but cannot install since there are only two employees working. "Sorry" I said but O'Reilly installs. She said not when its only two employees. But she will sell me a car battery but no install. Luckily got my car across the street to AutoZone (only two employees working) they took care of it. Sold me a car battery and installed.
CAME TO OREILLYS TODAY 3:15. Asked the store manager Genie about how to check if my freon has gone out. She completely dismissed and disregarded me. I’ve been to this location before and have never been this disrespected. Very terrible customer service. Her GM should be very concerned. One star
We had really bad service on Saturday we came in around 2:30 trying to get my dads roters shaved they told us it was gonna b about 30 to 45 minutes. So at about 4:15 we called to see if they were ready they said it was gonna be 1 more hour. So I decided to come in at 5:30 they tell me that it was gonna be one more hour but they had one ready so I decided to take the one they had ready. I come back at 6:30 they tell me it is still not ready that it was gonna be 20 more minutes. My dad try to ride his truck on Sunday morning one of them roters was chipped of bad so I decide to call and let them know they said come buy a new one that I was gonna get a discount on it which they did I talked to the manager and told him it wasn’t fair what they did his answer was that we where hurrying up the ppl I said no we didn’t you tell us one time we gave your ppl more than that time he said well we did what we could and gave you the discount. My dad decides to go in today and tell him can you try to fix my rotor I mean I trusted this place for it and this manager has the guts to tell my dad I was really disrespectful to him the day before but any who sorry to make the story to long and god bless this manager my dad was really upset with this place and he was a common customer for years.
