My experience here was not bad at all. appointment was 17:00 checked in 15:30 and got checked out 18:50. If you are average on backing, than you are screwed. Very small to Maneuver. NO PARKING OR OVERNIGHT.

Only good thing about this place is the people. Nice people but the place is an absolute fustercluck! Cars, trucks n pedestrians all over. Tight but drivers are always there to help each other. Be prepared to spend your whole day there. I spent 7 hrs. Oh also, there's enough space to turn around. Anyways, I've been to worse places

OTR: M-F, 7a-6p. Follow appointment time. Busy location. Tight turn around. POV in dock area. EXTREMELY tight dock maneuvering. Has portable BR onsite. No lighting. No overnight parking.

Docks kinda tight but pretty quick loading time. Spanish language is plus

Very unacceptable facility. Arrival time 10:00 Appointment 11:00 Current time 13:00 Still not docked, I asked what’s going on they said it will be a couple more hours before I get a dock. I noticed once people are docked they are sitting for a couple hours. Will be here all day. Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately. Start over fresh with the staff, they are lazy. Update - Docked 15:00 Waited 5 hours for a dock.

Shipping & Receiving are really one of the most greatest employees. They’re most respectful people,I ever seen. I really appreciate their service. I got unloaded a day before my appointment. I’m going say people who wrote bad reviews shame on you and delete the comments. Thank you shipping and ladies on night shift office.

It’s really slow and small place. Appointment time was 2:00pm. I was arrived 1:30pm. And waiting dock who are late than me. Got dock at 5:30pm. Loaded by 7:45pm. Really small place. Recommend you can do drop off trailer at your dock. Then other driver will be easy back in.
