I accidentally sent the wrong item to their recycling center and was panicking. I got in touch with Diana Martinez at their Texas location - what an absolute gem! She was calm and collected and knew exactly what to do to assess the situation. She was extremely communicative, positive and reassuring despite my anxiety on finding the item. Within a day she found the item and responded to me to get the item to where it needed to go. I cannot say enough about this wonderful human. Re-teck has a top notch manager in their midst. If only everyone handled situations with such leadership and attention. Thanks to her I was able to get my item retrieved and to the correct location without a hitch. She followed through End to End to assure completion. Thank you Diana!!
Guard was very rude and disrespectful I would not recommend going there or working there
