T-Mobile Experience Store

I had the best experience at T-Mobile on Camp Wisdom. They were a little busy but we were greeted right away and didn’t wait long. The service we received was exceptional. Melissa was knowledgeable about so many products and it was obvious that she loves helping her customers. The manager was helpful too and we observed the team members working well together to service the customers. It was obvious they enjoy what they are doing. We are so pleased with our new T-Mobile internet. It works better than Spectrum did and is much more affordable.

Came into this location because it was on my way home and had the better of the reviews for the stores in my area. I had been going back and forth with the app and over the phone about upgrading and adding a new line, but I have always felt better dealing with in person help. I was greeted upon entry and was checked in, Lane was very helpful with all of my questions, which I had a lot of them and concerns over what I was about to do, with getting new phones and going over plans stuff. I got somethings taken care of Saturday and had to come back Sunday to finish with another phone upgrade, there was some issues with the app, but Lane and Dan got me taken care of so I could leave with 1 of my new phones today! Thank you guys for your help and we will definitely make sure to make this location our Store to visit for any T-Mobile issues or needs!

My 1st time at this T mobile store and I had a great experience and awesome service from Melissa. She took her time and helped me with the exact plan I was looking for. And not just that, but also helped me fixed the problem I had on my phone. I'll definitely go back to this store.

Came to this t mobile to pick up a phone that got shipped to the store. I had to wait for 1hr just to pick up the phone. And got skipped like 3 times. That is unacceptable, I've been a t mobile customer for over 20 years. I would give this place a 0 on the review. I will never cone to this store again. Nor would I recommend my family and friends to come over here.

This was my first experience at this store. I had to get a warranty replacement a couple days ago. They took excellent care of me. They went above and beyond for me. I was beyond happy with their level of customer service and care.

This is the best T-Mobile store I've ever been to. They're always so helpful and so prompt. And the store is very comfortable with places to sit for me and my 94-year-old mom, instead of just having to stand around, waiting for someone to help. I think they're renovating the store now, and I can't wait for them to reopen. I don't want to go to a different store because this one is the best!

Extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing deals! Great prices on plans and deals on phones and other tech. My family and I all LOVE T-Mobile. T-Mobile Tuesdays are incredible!
