AutoZone Auto Parts

I came here the other day to pick up an item I ordered online. Everything went fine with pick up. There were only to employees there. The manager and the assistant parts manager. While I was there the assistant asked me if I knew people who are looking for work because 5 employees were leaving. I asked why were they leaving. Bc some were students, etc. I mentioned that I might be interested since I'm retired. I'm only bringing this up bc of how he went about with the whole thing. Lets just say that I wouldn't want to work there with how he went about it.

My starter went out at Costco 2.5 miles away. I walked to AutoZone to buy another, it was 76°. Trejon gave me a ride back after his shift. Much appreciated.

Bobbi, who helped me, was awesome. AutoZone's customer service line gave me incorrect information that created a difficult situation for me. When I brought my issue into the store, Bobbi was able to help me out. She took the time to run through her options to make sure that I left the store with my problem solved. She also took the time to explain to me what the cause of the issue was, and how I can avoid it in the future. An absolute masterclass in customer service by Bobbi. I got very good vibes from this store. They are customer centric and want to make sure that everyone that walks into that building gets treated with respect and leaves satisfied.
