Amazing service, friendly. Chris Taylor was fantastic to work with. We had a RV tire blowout with some surrounding damage while traveling. They were able to help us out on an emergency basis and get us safely back on the road same day. He even helped with the photos and data I would need for the insurance claim. Five stars!

Had a brake issue on our 5th wheel trailer. We're from Alaska and living full time in our RV and Skip was able to squeeze us in on short notice. Even though the shop was full, Skip and his team were able to fix the brakes and get us back on the road the same day. There customer service was top notch and I would recommend West Michigan RV Service to anyone.

Skip, Cindy and their team run a great business. I've utilized their services for everything from RV storage, de/winterization, transport to repair. These guys always go above and beyond. They offer fair pricing and are so helpful, explaining things and taking the extra step to ensure that you are happy with their work. Honestly, I can't even list all of the little things this business has done to accommodate me (from backing up my trailer into its spot for me whenever I dropped it off when I was newbie) to remediating a small patch of mold that they found on inspection without charging extra. Everyone who works in this business is kind and exceeded my expectations for service. They really care!

I just love this place. They have taken such good care of my campervan 2002 roadtrek. I've had all new plumbing, converter, awning installed, lots of small details on always on time before our next trip. I could not recommend this place more and have to our daughter also. They are so far and everything is so well done. They are also super nice steph is my man! So funny how you can become friends with the guy that works on your van and he calls it his baby... lol. And enjoys seeing it be awesome like it should.

Called ahead and came in for service. Skip and Adam helped me. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Thoroughly impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. I came in with a horse trailer. They have all kinds of RVs here. Everything from pop-ups to Class A motorhomes. They also do Propane refills and have Storage Units available for rent. You'll be treated like family here. Thanks again
