Stars may change later but at this point I am very unsatisfied with the unable to complete purchase that I was going to make for a rear view mirror extender. Price for $5 or four something and change! But instead of rung up for $27 making it almost $30 in total when the sticker price on it has what it says instead, He said to come back later, which I will and hopefully we will get the sticker price and I'll be a happy customer but at this point I am very very upset at wasting my time looking for great deals and only getting stomped on as a consumer. The sticker price should be the sticker price! I'm just hoping no one accidentally say that it wasn't supposed to be on there when it says it's the mirror price! AAP PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT! From one of your local guides.

Called about getting a lawn tractor battery. They had it and when I asked if they would install it, they said yes (there were only 2 bolts but I didn't have any tools with me and needed to use the mower immediately). Once there, I was told they didn't install mower batteries, but I could buy the tools to do it myself. No thanks...I went down the road to O'Riellys, who happily installed in in < 5 mins.

I came here around 2:40pm on a Friday (9/9/22) afternoon with primary purpose of buying a fuel system cleaner. Fortunately for me, it was right to the front when I walked in, which I thought was super ironic! I grabbed a bottle from the shelf and walked around just to browse. The store wasn’t busy at all. The store was fairly clean and organized. There were two staff working. My wait to check out was short and I have no complaints. My issue came with the price of the item. I got Techron complete fuel system cleaner. When it rang up, the price was $18.79 pre tax and $20.06 post tax. I was about to pay but then I stopped because that wasn’t the price I saw, which was like $10. So I go look at the shelf and see that it’s $10.79. I tell the cashier and she comes over. She points out that $10.79 was for the "smaller bottle". At a glance, they all look the same size! There were 7 bottles across 4 shelves. The top two shelves said $10.79 and the bottom said $16.59. At a glance, all of the bottles look the same size. There was ONE bottle that was smaller than the rest. To add to the confusion, the tag/label doesn’t include the size…. To make matters worse, when I pointed out the difference in price ($16.59 vs $18.79), I was told the label wasn’t even the right price and that it needed to be changed -__- Needless to say, paid the $20.06. While the staff person was polite and apologized, the store needs to be sure the right prices are labeled and things are in the correct spot to prevent confusions and issues as such.

Battery test told me I needed a new alternator. Took it to a shop and turns out I just needed a new battery. Out a few hundred extra to the mechanic for the diagnostic and battery swap that I couldve done myself if their test wasn't wrong.

Don't advertise free installation if you aren't staffed. Needed new battery and had to jump my car because they didn't have staff.

Shout out to the two wonderful ladies working the front desk Friday afternoon. They were extremely helpful and made my experience so efficient. I came in on a Friday 6/28/24 around 4pm. They helped me find the replacement parts for a windshield wiper blade and license plate light bulb. Thank you so much ladies, you ROCK!!!
