All My Sons Moving & Storage

This group is top notch! From start to finish, the men who moved my husband and me into our new home together were courteous, careful, knowledgeable and hardworking. We have a lot of "stuff" and they never once complained. It was a long day, but everything got done and they were a delight! Thanks Ben, Travis, Carley, Dyllen and Khairik. I enjoyed spending my day with ya'll! I highly recommend you guys!

We used All My Sons Moving and Storage to help pack up my daughters dorm room and move everything into storage. The two gentlemen assigned to us were knowledgeable and kind. They were incredible! Efficient and quick! We will continue using this company for the upcoming years of university! Shout out to the manager, Jeff! He took care of everything beautifully! Thank you!

These movers were awesome! So professional and did an amazing job making sure everything went perfectly. Derek and Armando were so fast and made sure everything was packed safely. I was shopping around and I had another quote that was about $200 cheaper, I’m really glad I didn’t go with that other quote. The level of professional and efficiency was well worth it and would never use any other moving company. Thank you so much for making the move so easy!

I recently hired All My Sons for my move, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, Emanuel Phillips from the Greensboro and his team exceeded my expectations. The team arrived on time, were professional, and handled all my belongings with care. They worked efficiently, packing and loading everything quickly while ensuring nothing was damaged. Communication was excellent throughout the process; they kept me informed about each step. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. They even helped set up some of my furniture in the new place. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees. Overall, I highly recommend All My Sons to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient moving company. They made a potentially stressful experience seamless and even enjoyable!

Great reviews which is why I chose this moving company from the start. They were really friendly over the phone also. Downside is they give you a long window of time for the movers to arrive, as late as 3PM in the afternoon. To say the least, the movers were moving in the dark. They neglected to mention a $150 travel charge for the movers to and from, after already paying by the hour. Hired them again to move things back to my new home after they moved them into storage, mover was unaware of an additional item to move even after calling before hand which seemed to have shifted the mood to slightly annoyed and unprofessional. After my move was complete company manager was debating time they completed the move which was 30 mins less than quoted. I was told they have trackers on truck to track time at location, as I proceeded to explain his movers sat in my cul de sac for that remaining time even though they finished early, (likely to make it seem they were there the estimated quoted time). He agreed to refund for the time I gave him, but a recent statement only showed for half of the amount, a debate over returning $40 additional dollars when I had spent near $2,000 to move 3 miles. Lastly, after further inspecting my furniture more in depth after unwrapping moving material, $200 worth of material they charged, I had multiple scratches, chips, and dents in multiple pieces along with dirty fabric to my couch and box spring.

I Do Not recommend using All My Sons moving company. This is my experience and just wanted the people to know. Also, I am sure that I will get an automated response, "Thanks for your feedback" but I have a better one at the end. Your welcome and please Do Better and Be Honest! First, let’s begin with the positives: 1. They were on time. 2. Friendly and jovial movers 3. Tried to work quickly Now for the Negatives: (Movers and Claims Dept.) Working quickly should not equate to damaging property to fit your timeline. I understand that they had another moving appointment (moving a persons’ items from a top floor apartment to first floor) however, that’s not my problem when you didn’t provide the movers with a sufficient truck to move our belongings. So the movers had to make another trip to pick the rest of our items. This included my husband having to pick up items they didn’t wrap. There wasn’t much complaints from the movers But only heavy items, such as a bookcase, TV, and TV console. Mind you there was three of them. Let’s back track a minute. We closed on a Custom New Construction Home on June 28th the move was for June 29th. Let’s get that in our heads a minute….New Custom Home! Not one scratch. No dents. No one has entered the establishment! With that said, I’m sure you know where I am going with this. As the movers make the way upstairs, they decide to rest their backs up against the new custom flat painted walls. It paints a lovely picture… it’s still there by the way. The movers were negligent, creating dents, scratches, and sweat marks in our home, that we closed on the day before. What makes it even worse is the honesty was not there. It would have been nice to have been privy to the damages during, not after rushing out. More damages: Other than the walls Door frame My Piano looks as if they dropped it. My piano before the movers looked untouched, with the exception of the beautiful ivory and ebony keys. They broke the leg of a wooden ottoman And the frame of our bed, not pictured is broken. Claims department. They will not answer their phones, return my calls, I have sent a number of emails, and called the sales department to at least speak to someone about the issues… basically a very bad experience. I was offered $210. Yes! Let that sink in as well. I did not sign the document because the damages does not match the cost for repairs. And still to this day I cannot have anyone return my calls nor emails. Unprofessional. It’s not about "making the customers happy," I just need communication and we are getting crickets. So off to the Better Business Bureau we go!

These men were on point! They were on time, took care of protecting our belongings, loaded carefully, very friendly, was very careful unloading our furniture. We would recommend this company and these guys to anyone. Thank you so much for this company and for having such friendly, passionate workers.
