Bee Safe Storage is always clean, I feel safe and friendly, helpful staff members. I had two units and now I'm down to one unit. But, if I need more storage again, Bee Safe Battleground is my choice! Thank you!

Subject: Incident Report Regarding Security Concerns reported to Regional CubeSmart(owner of BeeSafe WS) Hello, my name is Cheryl Smith, and along with my partner Kelly Davis, we have purchased two units from Bee Safe. I have a unit in Greensboro (Beesafe Battleground), while Kelly and I have ours in Winston Salem at 110 S Broad St. Today, around 10:40 AM, I arrived and opened the doors to access my unit. A man approached from the street, entered without a code, and immediately went up the elevator. I waited, feeling uneasy as I was alone and the storage facility had not yet opened. The man did not return. When Bee Safe opened at 11:00 AM, I spoke with Mars Gwynn about the incident. Unfortunately, she was dismissive and rude, stating, "He didn’t break in; he just went to the 2nd floor." When I asked if she knew him, she replied no. I expressed my discomfort as a woman alone, to which she responded condescendingly, "What do you want me to do about it?" I informed her that if no action was taken, I would call the police.The man had still not returned . I also urged her to be more professional in her demeanor. Not once did she try to help or suggest she walk up there with me.. As I was on the phone with the police, Mars emerged from the building with the man, who was holding a painting. I informed the police that it seemed she was familiar with him. It appeared like she knew him personally. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I feel strongly about the need for improved security and professionalism in handling such situations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The staff members were warm, friendly, and helpful while the storage facility was clean, modern, and easily accessible. These attributes plus a very good rental cost made me glad I chose Bee Safe Storage on Battleground Road in Greensboro, North Carolina!

Excellent storage units. Clean, all my stuff (all sorts) was safe, dry, and pest-free. Easy access and plenty of parking.

Price is up there. Never thought I'd pay this much for a storage unit. BUT this is really the cleanest, best run facility I've ever used. At "E.S." Storage on Bessemer, I had my DJ equipment stolen. Insurance only cover a small part of that. There were rodents, rodent droppings, and rodent traps everywhere. The smell was horrible. It flooded but before that, there was mold and mildew on EVERYTHING. I am so completely satisfied with Cindy and the people at Bee Safe. Haven't seen a single bug at this facility. If there's going to be an issue (i.e. work on an elevator), they post plenty of notices. I've never felt unsafe there. Also, the way the security codes, cameras, doors and locks are setup, it would take a LOT of time and work to break into a unit. I rarely give 5 stars but this place definitely earned it in my opinion.

A bit on the expensive side. I left my unit this week after 2.5 years. On the plus side, access is great, location is great, billing was Hassle free. We moved to Asia, left all our high value electronics and furniture here, we opened the doors last month for the first time in nearly 3 years, there wasn’t a single web or dead insect in the traps we left. All our furniture was fresh, and electronics started straight up. You get what you pay for I guess….they also have a box truck that’s free to use to move in!
