Mr. Rod Jones- what can i say except that he deserves 10 stars! i’m not kidding either. Mr. Rod and Mr. Mark Oneffuer should be bronzed in life size statues that welcome everyone in the front door of Berico! these two are stellar individuals who have retained the true heart of this family business. These two men know how to take excellent care of their customers! i cannot speak more highly about them. I receive impeccable service with the highest standards in the industry. I hope Berico’s family business and personable family feel will remain that way. that’s what has made it a trusted name and company - personable, professional and with integrity. Don’t ever change that. and i’d like to give a huge shout out to Ms. April in the office. I recently phoned Berico to sign up for the HVAC service contract. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained the details of the contract and got everything set up to my satisfaction. She even set up my appointments for the coming year. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Berico. I didn’t get the name of the lady who assisted me but I was impressed with her people skills and friendly nature.

My technician Joe was awesome! He was knowledgeable and very professional. He replaced my dining room light fixture with a more modern chandelier. Very satisfied with his work. I will continue to use Berico for all electrical issues.

Jon Edwards from Berico came to work on our new gas logs (purchased from Berico) and did a wonderful job. He proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough; he made adjustments to the set and it made a tremendous difference. Berico technician, Daren Wester came today to provide us with a check up of all our gas appliances. He was very thorough and knowledgeable doing his work. He even found the problem with my gas logs that we have been dealing with for several years. He took his time and made sure everything was safe and worked properly. I want to thank him very much.
