Amazing service. I consider myself fairly tech literate so when I needed to call on some professionals I was a little embarrassed, but now I've had these folks work on two of my projects and was never disappointed. The prices are fair and you're supporting a small business in the process so it's a win win. You might be in for a bit of a wait but the quality is well worth any downtime.

Absolutely awful, no clear communication and the work was not something I’d ever let leave my doors if I owned a business. I brought my PC build in that I had already pre built to have a few wires hooked up that I was confused on where they went. I had to pay the full price for the build and the 75$ for a rush since I needed it back that day. Price was fine but wasn’t fine was being told they would do my wire management and they were going to give me windows 11 ( with the key). I later realized that when I got home I couldn’t connect to the internet I was missing every single driver that I was supposed to have installed as them building the pc and in the price installing that was part of the package. I later went to a MUCH BETTER computer store INTREX COMPUTERS! Please take your computers to them if you need any work done I will include what this store above consider wire management

My computer screen broke less than a week after purchasing my laptop. I was sent to Computer Warehouse where the service was great. It was just before a holiday weekend and they did their best to quickly place the order for the replacement, spent a long time helping brainstorm what could have happened and how to prevent it moving forward. Service was quick, professional and understanding. Pick up was smooth and pleasant. If you have an issue I would highly recommend using Computer Warehouse of NC, Inc.

Professional repair service at a fair price. When my broken laptop came back from its first repair with an LCD issue it didn't have when it went in, they made it right with no questions or extra charges and returned it good as new. I'll definitely head back to Computer Warehouse the next time I need a laptop repaired.

My experience with computer warehouse was great. I brought in a laptop that was damaged. I was quickly told what the cost of the parts would be and given an estimated time frame on getting it repaired. The repairs performed were top notch and the laptop has been working great ever since. I highly recommend computer warehouse for any of your computer repair needs.

I required data recovery on my corrupted hard drive. Computer Warehouse was able to recover all of my requested files in a timely fashion. Their rates were very competitive and their capabilities for this work were outstanding. All done with great customer service and patience with my numerous questions. I highly recommend this site for future data recovery needs.

My Lenovo laptop dropped off the couch, and the monitor no longer worked correctly. I needed it urgently for work, so I called computer warehouse to see if they could fix it quickly. At their shop, they practiced safe distancing and even offered to diagnose the issue on the spot in case they could fix it while I waited. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it so quickly, but they offer expedited service to get it fixed that day. This was 3 months ago. My laptop has worked great ever since.
