Stacy was so helpful when I rented my unit. She answered all of my questions with the patience of a saint. She even facilitated payment for me over the phone when I couldn’t get it done myself online and guaranteed me that she would go to my unit herself and get everything ready for me 15 minutes before they closed . She cared enough to recommend the right add ons to keep my items safe but was not pushy or trying to oversell. Thank God for Stacy.
