First Storage

Great location near NCAT, easy for my student to store items over summer break. Love that you drive into the facility and youre inside so you don't have to worry about rain while unloading. The units were clean & bug free. Reserve early like late March or April for the best prices, they had 1 month free when we booked in April for the summer.

I made a call about storage quotes in the local area for moving purposes. I just happened to make a call to First storage. Upon calling this particular store, I came in contact with an employee named Asia. She was very kind, seemed very knowledgeable and was able to provide valuable information towards my research. Such a memorable customer experience is always appreciated !

Clean facility, easy access with great hours, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent rates especially compared to local area competitors.

Overall very clean. The front desk site manager is a great staple himself for this company. CHRIS hands down handles the business, and on a side note his character makes for really good interaction. Great guy at this site nice site prices are good. I like that there is site hours! Safety is a priority!

Asia was amazing helping me Wednesday evening during my move in, she not only showed me the unit she informed me the easiest way to unload and load my unit if needed without any hassle she showed me how to use my gate code. She was just really personal and my Grandmother who is storing definitely needed someone to be there with her hands on, and having Asia there made me confident that she will enjoy her time storing with you all. Thank you again!

Property manager Asia was amazing. She made the process of selecting the appropriate sized storage unit seamless. She made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and we felt comfortable with obtaining a storage unit here

First off I didn’t know you guys have changed company from Extra Space, I had a very bad experience with them and I started working with Storage Rentals of America . I have been there for years and Asia was the property manager at the time and now I see she has left with them and joined you all. And I have no complaints at all but I always speak highly of Asia because ever since we met in 2017 when she first helped me get my first unit she always went above and beyond for me I called her and told her I will be bringing my business over too you all and I will be recommending my team to do the same Asia is the highlight of my day when I need to go get supplies out my unit. I hope she is here to stay as long as she here I will be! If you haven’t met her yet I definitely recommend it! Thank you Asia for everything you have done and continue to do for me and my business.
