Brad, Cindy, and Greg are all knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely great people. Unfortunately, there simply aren’t enough of them to go around. Like many in the industry, they’re understaffed and overwhelmed; not due to any fault of their own, but because finding dedicated, hardworking team members has become increasingly difficult. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, but that reflects the staffing challenges, not the efforts or attitudes of the individuals mentioned. They truly do their best under tough circumstances.

Came in to get a few parts for our flatbed trailer! The staff was super helpful and every patient with us! The guy I wish I got his name but thank you for helping us! Thank you!

I would like to thank Chris Norman, for guiding me through the process of getting the alternator for my trailer. On a holiday no less. Fleet pride had the part in stock and I was able to purchase it online, for pickup as soon as they opened the following morning. Thanks Chris, keep up the great work! Amazing Place for the OTR owner operator and.... well, truck drivers all around. Usually greeted and treated great by the entirety of the staff. Great group of guys and gal. The prices for parts and goods are usually better than other places I've been. Give them a visit. If you're a trucker. You won't be disappointed

I received well service from Tyler, this past Friday. The amazing park he helped place order after shift because I stopped by after 5pm. I had this parts less than $500 while I almost spend more than $1100 at the dealership. Thank you again

I called this establishment today to see about getting a quote and the gentleman was very rude over the phone. I just went ahead and hung up and didn’t even proceed with falling through on getting any quote our pricing due to the fact he was super rude so they missed out on business unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend, your business elsewhere with someone who can actually speak professionally to you have a good attitude This place doesnt care

This company screws over its customers, I would never recommend them. Just be aware of the wonderful customer service ( SAID NO ONE EVER) !!!! They could care less about the customers. I do not know how they call themselves professional…. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy with that being said BEWARE. !!!! You were WARNED…I will tell everyone in the BIG truck industry that how Halcombs Automotive got screwed by this company , so I hope fleet pride is proud of themselves in being so shady!!!! I hope you get everything coming to you!!!!! GOD don’t like ugly
