For the love of God, employ native English speakers for veeder root check in and out process and help desk please. Checking in the guy was blasting presumably Indian music in the background and then checking out I couldn't understand them and they couldn't understand me all while a child was screaming in the background. Bruh, you guys have the best tank monitor out there and you're cheaping out.

Very unethical company to work with. I got there dispensers at 5 locations. At one location either we forgot or didn’t get letter to renew the service contract. Needed little help called Helpdesk. They said I need to renew contract, I said ok let’s do it. Service contract fee was $1800…penalty about $4000. I asked to wave the penalty because I’ve been loyal customer and have spent millions buying there equipment within last 5 years. They made me email them the invoices..construction contracts showing I’ve been a good customer. So after verifying all that they decided to give me 25% off on the penalty. Even though I didn’t want to renew it at that point I still decided to renew it…I said send me the invoice I’ll mail the check…they said NO..pay us now over the phone with Credit Card because it’s a renewal with penalty…we don’t trust your check. And sure enough my both credit cards declined due to total being over $5000 as bank saw it as a fraudulent charge. So at this point hell with Gilbarco and there service contract. Done with this company.

Everytime you have an issue you better clear your calendar or just shut down because it'll take 8 hours just to get someone on the phone. Then when the rep proves to be incompetent you'll spend another five hours on hold...or until the apocalypse...whichever comes first...most likely the apocalypse. Side note: any company that needs to get employees to give a 5 star review just to have a 3 star rating is in need of serious evaluation and management...I would avoid them at all cost if at all possible. If not and you're already a customer...then may god have mercy on your soul.

I pulled my semi in the parking lot because of winter storm izzy. I thought it would be ok because I saw other trailers staged there so I wanted a safe place to park until the weather conditions got better. Well I end up getting stuck so I decided to wait until the sun comes out to melt the snow and ice around me so that I don't have to call a tow truck. I sit for about 13 hours and at 3:30am some security lady bangs on my door and tells me to leave. I explain the situation (in my head not thinking I shouldn't even have to because come on its crazy weather) but she continues to tell to leave and that I couldn't be there. Which I understand but I literally can't move the vehicle and it's not safe to drive on the roads, long story long I stayed there until the ice melted

I’m just the delivery driver very rude security up front. I do not always do distributions for my company but I help out when workflow is too heavy. I politely come in to ask where I deliver the staples order before I brung in any boxes. Gentlemen at the security said right here I asked again to be sure he said yes. After dropping off the boxes I requested a name for proof. A lady with a short haircut rudely got up NO WE DONT GIVE OUT ANY SIGNATURES OR NAMES THAT DELIVERY NEEDED TO GO TO SHIPPING ITS A SIGN FOR SHIPPING. I tried to explain my gps brought me here which is why I came in to confirm before bringing the delivery inside. I called my company to inform them where I left the packages. Future reference on the staples order you can have them specify where the order should go since security staff is so rude. The gentleman looked confused and almost as he felt bad for telling me to bring them here so I’m not complaining about him but the lady needs to learn how to approach and speak to people.

The non self service Applause TV causes customer complaints. Its all TV like ads not for your business. Anyone with some ade $ can use your pumps to promote their business, not yours. No weather, sports, news, just TV like ads that cause customers to complain about being assaulted and bombarded with advertisement. Gilbarco will make you sign a contract so they can blast your customers with Wendys commercials and make them money. Its total BS.
