The people are really friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and willing to help find the right product I purchased the wall mounted battery holder and it is the best thing. Don't have to look for batteries anymore.

The last visit they didn't have the battery I needed, which is rare because every other time, no matter how obscure, they've had the battery I needed. They went out of their way to help locate the battery and were able to get it in two days. Bottom line, if you need any kind of battery, this is the place to go to get what you need and a quality product.

Excellent Customer Service. I visited the Greensboro store for a cell phone battery replacement and will be coming back for other batteries. The store was clean and well-stocked, and the staff was very attentive to the customers. My battery was replaced and ready exactly when they said it would be.

A few months ago I bought a fairly inexpensive alarm clock. It had a battery I'd never heard of and couldn't find after searching several places. So I decided to visit this store with my clock for help. They'd never heard of this battery before either but took the time to look at the clock and installed a C battery and it worked! They also set the correct time as well and didn't even charge me for the battery! Great customer service and thanks to both employees!!
