Good place to purchase any kind of battery

There is a sign on the door to call inside as the door remains locked as of this review on 6-9-2020. I spoke with Scott. Call was answered very quickly and politely. Answered all of my questions and had matches for batteries within a few seconds. There were quite a few different options, more than most places you will go to. I trust Interstate; they have good warranties and just last. A good lengthy warranty says a lot. Add that up with friendly people and you have quality products and services. They can be more expensive in some areas such as AGM batteries, however, there is usually a really cheap refurbished battery available. Everyone has their opinions on this, but I personally never had an issue.

I've been buying our batteries here for almost 10 years. They always have had what we needed in stock. I've heard that, since they're a distributor, the batteries haven't been sitting around like auto parts stores, garages, etc. The only thing is, unlike AutoZone, Advance Auto and such, they don't install the battery, so you need the tools and know how if you get a battery from here. That's the only reason they didn't get five stars. They were more than helpful!

I’ve been using them for years & I sent my son to get a battery it lasted 2 days. They won’t exchange it. Crazy! I’ve given you lots of business through out the years welp not anymore. I will now tell people to stay clear.

I always try to support certain companies that have value... this is one. I am not sure why the store side is not open but I still was able to do business via the bay doors ... Here is why I gave them a 4 and not a 5 ... I had to change out my car battery ... yes there were kinda tools there for me to do the job .... but I was spoiled by Auto Zone who will do it all for you. There were some challenges but after an hour I was on my way ... (needing to take shower because how much I perspired) It was in the 90's. Wish they offered bottled water. There were some 70 or 80 year old men out in that weather.

Best place to get the best batteries. Interstate makes top quality, long lasting batteries. This is the distribution center. Quick, friendly service. If you don't mind installing the battery yourself, they have the best prices. If the price of new is too steep, or you're not planning on keeping the auto for long they have low prices on refurbished batteries. They also give you $15 for your old battery. It's the only place I buy auto batteries.
