I.T. Worx - Apple Authorized Service Provider and Reseller

It was a delightful experience from my first phone call to when I picked up my iMac and plugged it in. Great service all around. You get the impression they WANT your business.

We purchased a laptop when my son graduated high school last year, he took it to college and the laptop started having issues. We went through Geek Squad a few times and finally was told for them to fix it it would take 4 weeks but we could call I.T. Worx who maybe able to fix it quicker. My son went to their location here in Winston-Salem, went over the issues with them to drop it off. It took them only 3 days and they were in contact with me throughout the entire process. We will absolutley use them in the future! They also take the protection plan apple insurance we have.

Replaced our hard drive. Provided excellent customer service and had the repair done very fast. We would recommend them for all your computer needs!

This place is a real lifesaver. My phone got destroyed at work and unfortunately my idiot self had not backed my data up to the cloud in the past three years and thought I was going to lose precious family, engagement, and wedding photos. However Connor and Trey were able to do a temporary screen and upload all of my files to the cloud for my new device. I’d recommend this place over the Apple Store any day. They didn’t try to sell me a new phone when that wasn’t the issue. Didn’t try to charge me outrageous fees. They were able to do what I needed, at a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

The technician was terrific! Solved my Mac problem in less than five minutes after I’d spent hours trying to self solve the problem. Definitely recommend!

they’re beyond annoying, they basically harrassed me for the last week to bring my phone that’s already paid for because they need to ‘submit it to apples guildlines’ aka they missed something on their part and they just don’t want to lose money. thanks for fixing my phone but once everything is paid for, leave me alone. !! kthxbye

I was very happy with IT Worx after my 1st visit.They told me they could retrieve the data off my dying Mac and store it in a format that could be opened on a PC. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and could not afford to buy a new Mac. Paid the fee and left. When it was completed they assured me the would be accessible on a PC. Went home and I tried, my husband tried on his PC, repeatedly. No luck. Brought it back. They made me pay another $64 fee, and found they had formatted it incorrectly. Now it should work. But I should not have paid for them to fix their mistake. Very disappointed.
