Kitchen Express

We couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing work Kitchen Express did on our kitchen remodel. This project came about unexpectedly after a dishwasher leak caused severe damage to our floors and cabinets. Jay and his team were incredibly accommodating, fitting us into their busy schedule, and we had a wonderful experience designing our new kitchen with him. As a nervous buyer, I was grateful for how easy the decision-making process was, thanks to Jay’s showroom. The entire Kitchen Express crew was fantastic, from demo to tile, everything moved quickly. Given the state of our damaged kitchen, they even set up a temporary sink for us, which was a huge help. Our installer, Chris, was always on time, and his attention to detail truly showed in the final product. As a photographer, I documented the whole process. Please take a look at how they transformed our 27-year-old kitchen. Update (7 months later): We are still extremely pleased. I’ve been impressed with the level of follow-up this Kitchen Express has shown. During a quick check-in call, Jay jumped on a few small items I wasn’t even worried about. Within three days, everything was taken care of. Chris, our installer, came back out to handle the minor issues and even took time to do a few more quality control checks.

I had a great experience with Kitchen Express in March 2025. The design process was great. And the actually work was on schedule and not nearly as disruptive as I thought it would be. The contractor, Jimmy, was very professional and kept me up to date on the schedule. I got new counters, backsplash and cabinets and I'm still very happy with the results 6 months later.

Had a renovation and these guys were A+ through the whole experience. From showing me a virtual example of my kitchen to the install everything was amazing. Thanks to the guys in the office and Chris who helped with the install. Thanks!

Kitchen Express in Greensboro NC did an outstanding job of updating and bringing our old kitchen back to life. The quartz counters, backsplash, and beautiful cabinets are amazing! Pleased with the remodel of our 70's kitchen. Jimmy was very detailed in his work. He and all of the other workers were very professional. Jimmy kept us informed of the process and made sure that we knew who would be coming and what work they would be doing. A big transformation with the new layout. I really love my backsplash and countertops.

These guys did an excellent job of my kitchen remodel. Still waiting on over the sink light install, but, all I can say is WOW, I love my new kitchen. Special kudos to Chris (cabinets) and Patrick (tile work), you guys rock! Would recommend Kitchen Express to any and everyone!
