I needed a specific oil for my car, so I called ahead to see if they had it in stock. I spoke with Kelly, and she stated that they didn't have it in that specific store, but that she could have it brought to that store later that day. I appreciated this because I did not want to have to call a bunch of stores or drive around to find what I was looking for. I arrived at the store, 15 minutes early actually, and she had my oil ready to go, so I was in and out in like 2 minutes. Fantastic service, thank you
Great people and friendly service. My car started acting strange as I was coming down Gate City today. I pulled into this Napa Auto and when I did the car cut off. Carter, came out to help me and was so kind and helpful the entire time. I ended up needing to get a tow. Carter made sure that I was helped every step of the way. He really went above and beyond with customer service. I am very thankful that I was in a place with someone so willing to help. Thanks Carter!!
Prices are usually cheaper than most. Friendly gentleman working figured out what I needed and I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely continue to patronize this location with associates like that working here. I really appreciated the service that I received.
Very helpful and he was very good at finding the right parts that I was looking for a placed second order for heat sensor that I had need of for my car too... Gave me a military discount for the parts as well....
