I stopped by here around 11:40am on a Wednesday morning to get some windshield wiper blades. They had a sign with an offer of $8 off Rain-X blades. Eric welcomed me as soon as I came in by asking what I needed. After I told him, he asked for my car information so that he could look up what size blades my car required. Once he had the information needed, he walked me over to the blades and described each of the different brands and their quality/performances. I ultimately decided to get the RainX Advantedge (which was the highest quality) for $37.99 a piece and $81.11 total. After I paid for them, he installed them on my car for me as well. When he was done, I also had him check my battery as I had recently drove to FL for a short cruise and my car battery was completely dead when I returned. After checking it, it was fine. He also checked the alternator for me as well, which had no issues. Eric’s customer service was outstanding and he was extremely helpful and informative! It just so happen to rain less than an hour after I got them, so I was able to try them out. It then rained more heavily the next day so I was really able to test them out. They are amazing and I definitely recommend them!

Eric was so nice! I asked him to check my battery because I’d been having some issues with starting my vehicle. He grabbed the tester and advised the battery needed to be replaced. I asked for recommendations and he showed me what was available for my make and model. He installed the battery in minutes and was a pleasure to converse with. I will make sure my family and friends know to patronize this location when they need anything for their vehicles. Great job, wonderful personality, awesome service! Make sure he’s appreciated!!!

Brand new store it looks amazing staff is bored right now ... I'm sure they will learn what is necessary to learn and business willl pick up lot of people don't know that they're there

I took a rotor to another O'Reilly Parts in the AM to be turned, they called me at 1:30 pm and said their machine could not handle the large rotor. They told me to take it to the East Wendover Store. I took it to East Wendover facility and asked how long before I could pick it up, I was told 1 hour. I came back 1 1/2 hours later and they had not even started on it, seems 4 other rotors got in front of me. Racist? I took the rotor to a REAL AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE SHOP to have it done by an honest professional. They told me when it would be ready and they didn't lie.

The guy named Malcolm helped me with my purchase & the exact part I needed. He was an capable & confident of his ability to help me, which some kids his age do not have. It was refreshing to see a young man with his professionalism, & maturity about working & serving the public. OUTSTANDING JOB!!
