Rented at the 4605 West Market St. location in Greensboro for three months following our move from out of state. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful. Got a 10X10 space with an online special for $53 a month. A very good deal. Units are outside and somewhat older, but are still good for a short term rental. Would do business with this location again. Recommended!

Keyona, I believe was her name, was awesome!! She gave the best customer service ever! I would recommend this place to anyone because of her at the desk. She is so friendly and has helped me with anything I needed.

Lions is the bomb! Not only did she make a change for me to a larger building, but also got the refund from a smaller unit funded back to me form another facility. And her customer service is the best, with a great smile!! Great work Kiona!!!

do not trust this place and these people! I had the worst storage experience. my furniture got wet and they did not care just saying you do not have an insurance.
