REI

This was my first time to visit REI. I enjoyed walking around the store and seeing all the unique items that they carry! The store was very nicely laid out, and it was easy to find everything. They had a wonderful selection of so many unique outdoor items they even had a section for pets. The prices reflected the area and the niche market but it looked like everything was a great quality and I’m sure well worth the price.

The employees here are SO nice and helpful!! Ashley (I think was her name) got me fitted for a backpack and provided so much helpful information and many tips for my first trip, including a great trek for a beginner. The tall guy with black hair at the register was also very cool and told me about a few more places to try. This is a great store for a beginner to ask questions and get help finding the perfect gear!

I always have great experiences here, but today especially stood out. Rolland helped me find a great pair of hiking boots! He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, funny, and most importantly, made sure I left with the correct boots for me. I learned a lot and can’t recommend his assistance enough. Thank you!

We had a great experience today at REI. Kellan was so helpful and kind, he gave us good advice and recommended products based on what we need instead of trying to make a bigger price sell. Management is friendly and courteous. You can tell this place is well run and that the employees are treated well.

Came here looking for new hiking boots and left with a solid choice. I have got to other sporting goods stores in the last few weeks and was left confused as there were no women's hiking boots in the stores at all. My fiance convinced me to come to REI And I am so glad we did. They had quite a few to choose from and they had my size in all the ones I tried on which is a rare occurrence for a woman who wears a size 11. The associates were helpful and friendly and I left with exactly what I came for. Would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor gear.

Fantastic service from Andrew in the hiking shoes department. He was patient and knowledgeable as I tried on several pairs/sizes before I found the ones I wanted.

The staff are excellent here! They went out of their way to help me find what I needed and were very good about honoring their return policy! Josh (a sales manager) went out of his way to make sure my complicated exchange went well. We spent a good amount of time working it out. He even went out of his way to help me find a gift card that I'de had dropped out of my pocket. He searched the store and asked other associates to keep an eye out. At the last minute, one associate (Brett?) had found it and brought it up to the registers. That is really going out of the way for a customer. I really appreciated that experience here and will definitely be back for my outdoor gear needs.
