⭐☆☆☆☆ The 2 Worst Trips to Home Depot Ever Walked in ready to spend money, walked out wondering why I even bothered. Not one single register open—apparently, customers are now unpaid employees expected to run their own checkout. which is fine if your not a contractor buying lumber & sheeting I Asked three different workers for help, got eye-rolls, shrugs, and "I don’t know" for answers. Nobody knew where anything was, nobody cared, and nobody tried. It’s like they’ve replaced customer service with a scavenger hunt and bad attitudes. If you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like a nuisance, this is your place. Otherwise, shop literally anywhere else. An employee literally stood in an aisle where an abandoned cart was as if he was not going to move it to get around it. He just stood there till i pushed the cart to the side. Mind you I was 10ft away.

High fives to Jasmine in customer service and her crew. We went to 3 different HDs and a closed repair store that Milwaukee sent us to (80 minutes away) with a service warranty on a $300 power nailer that kept getting stuck. Jasmine was extremely helpful and friendly which seems to be a rarity lately at the big box stores. This lady deserves a raise! Jasmine saved us from a customer service nightmare and took great care so we left the store smiling. So happy in fact that we bought another $200 tool before we left!

Very rude place made me feel like I was un important I went in before I went shopping I needed to use restroom I didn't know where it was I had to go bad and I was doing door dash asked the African American lady at customer service immediately she gave me attitude and yelled she was on the phone all I said was excuse me miss I interacted with 3 employees and they all was rude so I bought my stuff and left immediately ended up peeing in a cup in my car cause I didn't feel comfortable at that time to use the restroom they had all because of there lack of hospitality when little do they know its ppl like me who pay yo bills when we choose to shop here vs Lowe's smh

Home Depot podés encontrar todo, yo había ido a dos tiendas para comprar una lámpara d dos pies y no la encontré, fui a home Depot ahí la encontré, aunque camine mucho porque no sabía donde estaba el personal no ayuda, estaban 3 muy entretenido, riéndose y hablando, parecían que trabajaban y no era para molestarlos pero cuando pase de regreso estaban con las mismas cosas en sus manos y los 3 seguían juntos riéndose, yo por no interrumpir su trabajo di la vuelta a toda la tienda no encontré a nadie para preguntar.

Terrible service, no one knows where the items are or if they are available. The day they serve hot dogs, I asked for an extra one for my coworker and they responded rudely: "If it's not here, he won't eat."

Very helpful and although they didn't have the mower I was looking for they took time to find some places that did.

The garden department is lovely right now!! Someone(s) are doing a fantastic job with the flowers! Found a great sale on perennials, and I couldn't help myself, bought several. The sales person made eye contact when I looked like I had a question, she was great, didn't get a name, dang. Not closer to this spot but if I am, I will definitely stop by for a look-see. Loved my experience!
