We were in Greensboro and needed to stop here to get some animal traps. (Trying to rescue a kitten) We found Ashley and asked for help with the traps and some gloves that would be bite proof or close to it! She walked around with us looking for different types of gloves. She said that the gloves were all over the store ASHLEY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL!!!!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us! I wish I could give her more stars!!! After Ashley helped us, we headed to the register. Michael checked us out. He was very friendly and helpful!

They never pick up their phone, their purina lamb purple bag of dog food needs to be RECALLED and taken off all shelves. I bought a bag from them and it’s black fabric or some kind of long black piece of hair or some sort in EVERY piece of dog food sticking out.

The VIP Pet Clinic at this location is poorly managed. Their system is chaotic. Their communication is inconsistent and unclear. There is a clear lack of professionalism when the employees are chewing gum while talking with customers. I was told to bring my kitten back for a booster. I was not told that if I missed a window of dates that they would have to restart her course of shots. I brought in the fecal sample they gave me a special bottle for. It came back negative at the same time that another vet found tapeworms while doing the spay surgery. This whole process has cost me hundreds more than if I had just gone to a regular vet. These in store mobile pet clinics do not save you any money over traditional veterinary clinics.

Approximately a week and a half ago, we purchased a Propane Gas Heater for about $600, with a promised delivery date of Thursday, October 23rd. After repeated delivery delays—eventually pushed to Monday October 27th contacted the store for assistance. We spoke with a manager named Noah, who assured us that he would cancel the order and that we would receive a confirmation email. However, the item had already shipped, making cancellation impossible. Despite knowing this, Noah continued to say the order would be canceled, and no email or follow-up was ever received. This conduct is especially concerning as the customer involved is a senior citizen, nearly 90 years old. The dismissive and misleading behavior shown by the manager was not only unprofessional but could reasonably be viewed as elderly mistreatment or manipulation. His actions have caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Thankfully, your Customer Solutions Department has since been responsive, and we are hoping for resolution soon. However, we believe it’s important that this matter be investigated to prevent similar treatment of other elderly customers.

I purchase feed for my animals here. However after my last experience with an employee, I will no longer be going to this location. I may start buying all my animal feed needs from Southern States, which is further away, but will be worth never having to step foot in this TSC location again. I called customer service because this location messed up my order so much they had to refund me for their mistake. They couldn't even do this correctly. I had to call Customer Service to try to fix their mistake. First Customer service rep was nice, but the second person I needed to speak with was useless. I'll have to call back and hope I get someone with intelligence.

Our experience with Tractor Supply was awesome, our first time at this location. We came for VIPPETCARE visit, that I would rate a ZERO. We registered online for a vist for our 3 kitty fur babies. They took the 43 people in line before they texted the people registered online. Actually we never got a text. They told me and others who registered online we probably would be seen faster if we stood in line, and that they probably would not get to those who resgisted on line because they were working the line first. The email you receive when you register tells you to shop around or wait in your car until you get a text letting you know its your turn. I never got a text. Three others left when we were told they would not get those who registered online if they weren' t in line.. NOT VERY VIP. This was at the Tractor Supply location on South Elm Eugene in Greensboro NC. We have used Vip in other locations and they always took preregistered first. I did call their customer service who confirmed they are not following correct process but could not rectify the issue at the time of our visit but would register my complaint with the regional manager. We use VIP for the convenience of weekend visits prices are definitely less expensive at a convential vet office. TYLER the Tractor Supply store manager heard my complaint when he was seeing how things were going and gave us a discount on our cat food and he had nothing to do with the idiotic way VIP was conducting business so I really appreciated his concern, understanding and generosity.

Helpful staff every time I've been here! Easy to find what I needed after my phone call to ensure they had what I wanted. Prices comparable and I could grab the same day -no waiting minus a pretty quick line. They also have a VIP customer card, in case you didn't know. Quick and easy to sign up for and you don't have to download an app to your phone! (At least I do not recall doing that.)
