WARNING: Stay away from this location if you don't want to be cheated out of your money. I rented from them for years because it's close by my businesses. I would say 50% of the employees were decent. Upper management is very nonchalant, rude and never steps up and take accountability. They often distance themselves from responsibility, it immediately becomes your problem once they have been exposed for overcharging you. I have learned how they operate at this location so I take pictures of the gas mileage before I leave or every time they will accuse you of not putting gas back in. But of course that game can't be played with me I have my receipts every time. Read the other reviews on this location, it didn't just happen to me 4 time's, it has happened to multiple customers. I really hope corporate read these reviews and investigate what's going on before they get hit with a class action. I'm done will never go back.

Please don't trust these people at this place. Be sure to check the mileage and gas before you leave the parking lot. They lie and will charge you extra if you do not check your receipt after dropping the truck back off. It's happened 4 times at this place. I had the proof that's how I got refunded for them trying to rob me. Half of the staff is always blazed and zooted out when you go there. Nobody ever takes accountability if they mess up on there end. They play a gas game I'm guessing a bonus is in store for someone, ALERT CHECK YOUR RETURN RECEIPTS THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLE MONEY!!!

Had an appointment to install a trailer hitch. Got told the hitch installer wasn’t there and wasn’t answering his phone. Got told to Wait first, then employees behind the counter started arguing about why the trailer hitch guy wasn’t scheduled. So they told me I needed to reschedule. I needed to have hitch on today as why I had a scheduled appointment. Super unprofessional, and now I have no hitch and there’s no open availability for the rest of the week. Super frustrating and annoying. Do better.

It was an ok place for storage, however, payments are expected immediately. Secondly, we had a lengthy stay and during such stay, many people would place items in the donate area, there have been mountains of items there. Now if anyone places anything, ANYTHING, they are met with a $200 dollar fine. Thirdly one of the representatives decided she would get an attitude with me and be snippy when I went to check out saying that I had placed 3-4 items in this area. Mind you, their crappy printed sign said trash found would be fined. The items that were placed in the area were in pristine condition to be donated for anyone to pick up, she proceeds to say, "we have told you multiple times, so you will be charged." Not only her attitude but her general demeanor of not knowing what she is talking about and constantly has to refer back to her manager about every issue. Fourthly the general manager is unreachable, ever. I will never go back here.

I had a great experience here getting my hitch installed. Took about 30 minutes. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more parking!

ZERO out of TEN do not recommend. Absolutely awful customer service. Ignorant about customer retention. Ability to build rapport absent. Mechanical and if all you're going to do is quote company policies then why not replace with Artificial intelligence technology. It'd be more economical for UHAUL, in the long run, labor alone is more than likely over 60% of your profit if you kept all that you wouldn't have to rob your customers. The actual power behind your company.

Great customer service! The gentleman at the counter made the process quick and easy, and the guy who brought my rental around had it ready with the A/C running. Both were friendly, personable, Highly recommend this location!
