Micah was fantastic!! His customer service was absolutely outstanding! This was by far the best experience we have ever had making changes with our cell phones. My husband and I are glad to be back with Verizon and Micah made this change so easy for us. We left feeling like we got a great deal, great service and great support! This is definitely the location you want to visit!

My wife and I visited this Verizon location on Saturday to upgrade our IPhones. We were immediately greeted by Ron Estrada and he was fantastic to work with! He made the process as seamless as possible by listening to what we were looking for, explaining our different plan options and then he helped us transfer all of our old data onto our new IPhones we had just purchased. We will definitely continue to use this Verizon location and work with Ron in the future!

I had a wonderful experience the store was clean and organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The entire staff was willing to assist. I worked with Meia Dixon she was amazing. She pull different phones and provided a wonderful cost analysis. Meia assisted me with the data transfer and took her time not rushing. She was able to assist multiple customers at the same time. This was a wonderful experience and I will return to purchase additional accessories if needed just because they were an amazing team.

With years of experience under her belt and a patient and methodical approach, Alicia was super helpful in troubleshooting a glitch in our new 5G unit. Highly recommended.

I think the young man who helped us was Carter. He was very nice and professional and helped us take care of a fraud situation, and to pick a phone for my granddaughter.
