My car broke down and I called many other towing services and all the others said they would take at least an hour, after calling Morgan though and getting it all set up the driver showed up in about 20 minutes. Great tower and made the whole situation less stressful. Got my car back home no problem and didn’t do any damage even though I had my whole axel and ball joint broken off.

I never thought a simple tow could turn into a high-pressure, nickel-and-dime nightmare, but that’s exactly what happened yesterday. After my accident, the state trooper called them in. Before I even had a chance to ask for an estimate, their driver pushed me out of the way and began hooking my car — effectively forcing me into a situation where I’d have to pay a "drop fee" just to get them to stop and provide a price quote. When I finally spoke to their office, they quoted $325 to tow my vehicle 12 miles to my home — with no mention that, had they taken it to their yard instead, I’d be on the hook for $785 plus daily storage fees. The driver even suggested I file the charge with my insurance, knowing full well it would raise my premiums and cost more than paying out of pocket. That was completely inappropriate and felt like a ploy to push costs onto my carrier. Despite the state trooper giving me clear permission to call my own tow, the driver claimed his office wouldn’t allow it. I had to physically stop him, re-involve the officer, and endure the trooper’s visible frustration just to reclaim control of my own vehicle. After paying the exorbitant fee — because I was given no real choice — they delivered my car to my driveway, but ignored my instructions. The driver drove unnecessarily through my yard, parked where I had specifically asked him not to, and left the vehicle positioned in a way that will now require me to pay for yet another tow. This was hands-down the worst tow experience I’ve ever had. The lack of transparency, aggressive tactics, outright price-gouging, and blatant disregard for my rights and property were outrageous. Avoid them at all costs — choose a reputable, transparent provider who respects their customers.

My car died at the Home Depot parking lot and would not even turn over on a very hot day. Morgan’s service came by right after I called and was able to get my car running right away! Highly recommended!

These people are amazing to work with they went out of their way to make sure that I got my items out of a location within a certain amount of time. And not to mention it was in a short notice as well. Thank you again for helping me out. Not to mention they waited for me to allow me to pick up my items.

Chris is phenomenal and incredibly kind! My tire was flat and it was just happenstance that this company was on a service call. Chris saw me struggling and helped me put air in my tire and I couldn’t be more thankful! Would recommend this place to anyone and will be using this company for all my future towing needs!
