Full trailer floor load, take less 4hrs done, not too bad, receiving lady is friendly, only the guard shack speaker is horrible, can’t hear what them said

Today is Saturday 7th of June 2025 I had a 7.00 pm appointment at this Amazon facility Check in at 6.45 pm Empty at 7.05 pm thanks to a very polite and hardworking gentleman, his name is JUSTIN Thanks again Justin for your professionalism Amazon needs more guys like him as a result life of the truck drivers would be much easier!!

For one check in process is HORRIBLE..people on screen can't here and plus you can't really hear them because they foreigners or overseas and they clueless and rude..For 2 I had an delivery appointment for Saturday @2am they told me I was 46hrs early but was told next day,smh so I can back Sunday @7am which was a hour early before the time they told me..I get there,they said I'm still to early,I left and didn't come back til 10min til 8...Get a door FINALLY,took til 11..Not only that,whats the purpose of a gazillion cameras if you cant read the plates or see on your camera..They whole process is just horrible,do better Amazon..Then the security guard just there and clueless on everything,can't ask them nothing,they don't know..

They actually called me this time when trailer was ready. Very fast aswell. Huge improvement from last time.

Quaint, Local Focused Market with a pretty cool vibe. Availability of reasonably priced produce, freshly prepared special feature items each day. I was refreshed when browsing the aisles of such a great variety and fresh cuts of meat with an entire selection of holistic healing products and essential oils with teas, treats, and fresh breads to accentuate the aromatic awakening. A Saturday trip to stock the shelves with a great bulk selection to fill the canisters and spice jars for fresh food simmering on the stovetop. Friendly staff, smiling faces ringing up those purchases! Nearby, The Ohio State Campus, location perfect for comforts of the lands that I love, everything you could possibly need to whip up your favorite dishes and grab lunch with signature feature sandwiches for just $5, I was pleasantly surprised!

非常差的一个亚马逊，卸完货半个小时也不给司机打电话取货单，也不知道墨迹什么玩意儿呢！进去找去让出去等电话，结果等了一个小时还没等到电话，这是在搞什么呢！真想骂人，非常气氛，工作效率太低，服务太差

The shipping entrance is on global, not gateway and is not noted anywhere. The Amazon check in process was miserable as always with getting yelled at by someone in a foreign call center bc they can't hear you and then don't want to listen to you. Have to show up right on time for your appointment, more than just a few minutes early and they refuse you, more than a few minutes late and they delete and make you reschedule, but then when you do get in, you sit for hours bc your appointment really doesn't mean anything to them...
