So I know each persons experience is different but mine was pretty good. I got to the gate about an hour before my apt and was given a door. I had my truck loaded within 30 mins. The ladies at the gate and driver office were very nice and polite. I was told the time depends on what your getting loaded and what shift. I was lucky, I hope it rubs off on my next fellow drivers! Keep up the good work American standard!

Zero stars if I could! Never will I ever accept a load to or from this place! I got here at 11AM didn’t leave til 5:30PM. Two other drivers came after me and was loaded and gone before I got loaded — both said they didn’t have an appointment. I was told multiple times that my load was ready to be shipped, and I’ll be loaded by a certain time — that time came and gone. When it was time to get my BOL that process took an additional 30 minutes. If dispatch sends me a load here, I will be refusing!!

Had a live load at 4 pm. I arrived at 10:30 am. Was given a door right away. Loaded in just under 1 hour. No problems with check-in or checkout.

My appointment is 14pm, but they start loading at 22:00pm. You can see that their shovel is always lazy at work. Their office guy is good.

Lady at guard shack was really nice but slow loading been here 2 half hours still at done yet they close at 4 so they should be done before they close gesh July 22 2025

My story is here at 9/3/2021 I arrive at guard shack 7am morning Check in everything was good They got my company info and door in theirs log paper I get door right away Sleep for 3 hour and 23 then they start loading me Get done by 11am which mean take loading time 37 minutes not so bad pretty quick But from the time I arrive it’s 4 hour right Cuz they took by appt so my appt was 10am And I out by 11am it’s not bad at all Office lady nice Have bathroom use for driver Load fast within 1 hour by appt time I don’t know about other driver wait for 10 hour or more than that to get loaded

Read the ratings and was dreading coming here. Well checked in 1 hr before my appointment. Looked like one other truck here. Load wasn't ready. I sat in the dock waiting for hrs for the light to turn red. They lack something on the inside as to why loads are not ready by appointment times. Don't book a load here.
