I ordered the wrong tv stands for my Philips roku 4K tv, which I was doing some decluttering & threw my original stands away on accident.I emailed the team @ Funai and ordered the correct ones and they came in 3 days! Perfect OEM fit for a fraction of what I was about to pay for an off brand from Amazon. I forgot they also gave me 15% off.... Their customer service was great even though they didn't have someone to talk to over the phone they responded quickly thru emails. Thanks Funai team!

The correct replacement remote control was easy to find on their website and search, and the replacement works perfectly. Ordering process was smooth and painless. Shipping was fast, prices were very reasonable. Would definitely buy from them again!
