Great people to work with. Make sure to park across from the dock doors before checking in. The staff was professionally polite, but to the point. I enjoyed that. 1 o'clock appointment. I checked in 30 prior and was loaded by 1:30. This is the way live loads should be handled! Hope to work with them again soon. Awesome job Shasta!!

My appointment was 3pm. Got here early, told to check in again at 12, then try again at 1:30 and finally told check in at 3. Checking in at 3 they give my door to someone with 4pm appointment. Won’t be back here

So I showed up late for my appt thinking I was actually a day early but.....fortunately for me and even more so for Shasta they have a great employee named Kristen at the check in window who was smiling and super helpful. She gave me a door and I was loaded w/i 20 minutes. Thank you Shasta and special thanks to Kristen!

Lots of room for parking. Check in process is simple. I waited approximately 5 minutes in the lobby before someone came into the office to check me in. She seemed like she was having a bad day, but it’s fine. Maybe she just isn’t a people person, and I understand. Me neither. The restroom was clean. I had a live load and it took roughly an hour and a half to get loaded. They bring the seal and paperwork out after you get the green light. Door numbers are clearly marked, and the yellow lines on the ground are non existent, but it’s easy enough to see where you’re going.
